This stuff still works great
I bought this because I remember, this was the first thing that came out to kill fleas & ticks! I haven't seen any in years! I'm glad I found it on Amazon! Because I can't afford the other stuff & too! The other stuff I don't really trust it much! This is well worth the money, & has worked great on my 116 pound German shepherd, yup she could lose a few pounds. But she's not scratched for fleas.. she does have dry skin. There was no smell & always fell safe applying the tube opening it away from me & applying it between the shoulder's! So thankful they still make Frontline & it works! Am definitely going to be buying more!

Still works in my part of the state
Easy to apply if you can make a part in your dog's hair. I always get it on my hands and wash it off as soon as I am done with the dogs. Never a problem on my skin due to this timeliness I guess. Kills the ticks who settle down to bite and still works on fleas for me. Ten miles down the road, however, it does not work anymore. Life finds away...

Many uses- goat & swine mange, chicken mites, dogs.
Fantastic for feather and leg mites in chickens, scales start falling off within days, can take a few treatments for bad infestations. Slather with neem oil also to suffocate the mites between treatments. A lot of vets recommend this off label for mange in goats, swine and camelids and it works wonderfully. Treat, then treat again in 2-4 weeks. Hair starts growing back within a few days. In 2 weeks you can hardly tell but treat again or the mites come back since the eggs are hatching- get them on a mineral buffet as well so they can balance their systems and immunity to pests. However it is not lasting the 30 days it used to for fleas in dogs. Fleas were gone for about a week after treatment. Then one or 2 started appearing again. I am going to treat dogs for fleas every 2 weeks. This is the reason for 4 stars. I buy this plus size to treat 4 small 25lb dogs. It works great for chicken leg mites and feather mites, youtube videos show you how to apply, a drop on each leg, around vent, back of neck etc. Fantastic for mange in goats and llamas- use the same weight used for a dog.

Don’t waste your time and money on this.
Didn’t work at all! Shouldn’t have wasted the time or money on this! Ended up having to go to my vet and buying a different product! From what I’ve been told frontline has been around so long fleas are resistant to it now. Wish I could get my money back on it. Just glad that after talking to my vet and getting a different product my pets are comfortable and doing well!

This is a cruel joke. No longer effective!!!
Let's cut to the chase. I have 3 cats, and 3 dogs. I've treated my yard, and treated my house. I used frontline PLUS to stop the flea cycle. No joke, all of my pets still had fleas about 18 hours after application. Multiple fleas each! Frontline is no longer effective. Advantage is no longer effective. The fleas are resistant from what I can tell. I wasted my money. I understand that flea control is not flea erradication. One flea is not lack of control. What I'm seeing, is that I'd have to let my pets swim in Frontline for control. I'm highly displeased. I am a responsible dog and cat owner. We vacuum regularly. I wash my pets regularly. I've used Capstar intermittently, just to relieve my pets' suffering. I'm at my wits end here. My last resort will be to treat my entire house with 20 Mule Borax laundry detergent, and retreat my yard. Concurrently, I will try Bravecto. I'm scared of chewables, because things can go wrong from what I read. However, my 14 year old dog had a small stroke last week. She's doing ok now. I told my wife, what if I just gave the dogs Bravecto a few days before that? Obviously, I would conclude that the first time I gave my pet a new drug and she had a stroke! Just saying, I can't tell what the truth is. Garlic pills are supposed to work. I've read about Bug Off Garlic. Garlic is poisonous to cats and dogs. Again, is this partial poisoning, or correct dosing? I just want a flea free home, and happy healthy animals. I have a 1 year old cat, 2 18 year old cats, a 1 year old dog, 1 7 year old dog, and 1 14 year old dog. So 3 out of 6 animals are over 14! I don't want to kill them now, thanks. Frontline PLUS is a joke, Advantage is useless. Thanks for reading.
