worked as described
I have 4 sets of these between my crew and everyone loves them. Tried the NAVAC ones because they have wireless temp sensors, only to find out the NAVAC ones don't calculate SH/SC and you cant view the temps and pressures at the same time in the app. Elitech is the way to go for price and functionality. I do wish the body was more study, we beat these things up in the field and I have had a few crack where the head meets the neck, they still worked but I replaced them. Again, they were dropped and abused, but if they had a full metal body these things would last forever. I recommend pairing them with Hilmor stubby hoses and C&D Valve CD2060 Large Thumb Screw Core Depressor attaches to 1/4 M.

Awesome for replacing anologue manifolds
Used this to swap my guages on my manifold, helps keep track of nitrogen pressure tests. The app features are amazing, no need for internet to run off your phone. Compact connections included are garbage but, why would you use these guages just for quick checks? App is easy to use and reconnect the guages if you somehow disconnect.

Decent mid-grade
I'd claim false advertisement on the box, the one pictured is not the one you get, the fittings don't have individual slots and move around, added foam to quiet the box and protect scratching of screens. T fitting leaked out of box had to put new Schrader valve in. App requires lots of refreshing sometimes to find devices. Overall not bad for price, but honestly expected a little more.

Wrong readings!!!
I’m an HVAC technician and used these probes on a real service call. The pressure readings themselves seem accurate, but I ran into a serious issue with the a Probes live data updates. During operation, the readings stopped updating (froze), but the app did not clearly indicate any disconnect. Because of that, I was seeing old values and made adjustments based on incorrect data. In my case, this led to overcharging a system before I realized what was happening. This is not just an inconvenience — in HVAC, that kind of delay or freeze can cause real problems with equipment if you’re not double-checking. To be fair, the hardware itself seems decent, but the reliability of the app and real-time data is something that needs improvement. My advice to anyone using these: • Always verify that your readings are actively updating • Cross-check with analog gauges when something doesn’t feel right • Don’t rely on one data source alone If the probes reliability improves, these could be a solid budget option. But right now, I would recommend caution for anyone using them in critical situations.

Nice when they worked, but had issues and failures in the first 3 weeks
I decided to give these gauges a try. The weak point on them is the jacks for the temperature probes and the probes themselves. See the screenshots . It isn't very great when only one of the temp probes and gauges is working. Instead of using a standard type k setup this set uses a proprietary setup with a stereo jack type connection. The issue is this gets in the way when the gauges are connected to an hvac system. If the jack were on the top this might not be an issue, but I first had one probe start to fail about half the time and then the other gauge seemed to have an issue with the female port for the jack. The app can be troublesome when connecting them. I'd have to close it and turn my phone on airplane mode while power cycling the gauges and then hitting the connect button on them after reopening the app. I contacted elitech three times when the temp probes stopped working but never heard back. So I opted to return them since I was within the 30 day window and the lack of response from the mfg made the 1 year warranty pretty useless. Also, other things to note about these. The seals aren't standard gauge type seals. I noticed them starting to wear after two weeks. Since they aren't standard this would require getting new seals from the mfg. The charging tee that's included also uses a non standard valve depressor. Mine came off and I was unable to replace it with one from the assortment of hose repair parts I keep with me. Every other hose, valve, and adapter I've used has been interchangable with the parts kit I carry. I ended up buying expesive appion charging tees to keep using this kit The gauges use npt and you have to use tape to seal the connection. You'll need to have some bent adapters or tees on hand to make these work with most Lennox or goodman systems and some carriers due to fitment issues with the straight connector. I liked these when they were working, but have now switched to fieldpiece probes and wireless temp clamps. I borrowed a set from a friend and noticed I didn't have the fitment issues or pairing issues. The elitech app seems nice enough. It's visual and was nice to screenshot, but the pairing issues seemed to waste a lot of time and when the temp probes stop working or the gauge drops off it becomes a useless boat anchor instead of a precise tool. I was hoping to get a year or so out of these...three weeks it was. Save your money and buy a higher quality tool.

Gets the job done. Keep extra hose seals. App is mostly useless
Gauges work well, even came with batteries. I mainly bought the set because it’s a quick easy connection with minimal loss. The Bluetooth reaches a good distance so I can connect to the gauges, then go to the control panel sometimes 30-40ft away. The seals fall out the adapter constantly, so I recommend always keeping extra seals handy. I’ve tried cheap seals to the expensive ones and all fit loosely. The case isn’t as advertised. It’s hard plastic and the extra parts holder is a pain to get items out. The app is ok. I just use it for recording and graphing. Other than that it’s not really put together like it should. I can never get the files exported properly.

Gauges seem ok Fut fittings are low quality
The gauges seem to be accurate and decent enough for occasionally use however the 45° fittings threading broke on the first use. Just spend a couple extra houndreads on Testo or Fieldpiece.

Good gauges but BAD App.
The gauges are good, but the APP is not very good. Not possible to have the super heat, the temp. reading on super heat option is missing the dot when readind the super heat ( 745*F and should be 74.5*F) The P/T chart is always wrong for superheat or subcooling. If you only need pressure and temp. reading on your phone, it's OK.
