In my case no, I wear a large for work gloves but had to use the small/medium copperhand glove to get any support. I am older male 5'7' and 165 lbs. I purchased both sizes and found the l/xl too big to help much.

How do you clean them? I am assuming by hand? Do you use only water??

I wash them in cold water and air dry, either flat or by hanging them on the clothesline
