Bought this phone years ago for my parents. It is still in use today. Would recommend this phoe to anyone that has a landline.

This phone has so many features that you will not use all of them. If you already have "No Solicitation" and "Call Blocking" etc. on your present phone, these programs will be retained, undisturbed. The phone comes with a twenty page User's Manual. These set-up instructions are stark step-by-step. No explanations are provided. Set-Up Tip: Take advantage of "Rufus Ai". Usually this 'Ask Rufus" feature provides little more than is already provided by the seller's own "About this item". With this phone, "Ask Rufus" is surprisingly communicative!

The telephone has the finest audio I have ever heard. The answering machine works well with the usual features. The speakerphone is as clear as the handset and has 2 amps so you can both talk simultaneously, a rare feature. There is a 5 position volume control which works the speakerphone, headset as well as ringer volume. Increasing the amplification causes no distortion. The phone appears to be as small as a phone can be that has a speakerphone and an answering machine. So why 4 stars instead of 5? Not the dialing buttons but the various control buttons on the top 2 rows are small and a bit hard to see. I would buy this phone again as well as giving it as a gift.

The phone finally arrived. The box was not neatly taped, and found the contents were placed like an "open box" arrangement. I set it up according to the instructions and plugged it to the modem (gateway). The phone got no dial tone with display on the screen showed "NO LINE". AT&T technician arrived promptly and found the gateway was in working order. He examined the phone and found the receptacle for gateway connection was damaged. Of course, I am still angry and disappointed. I like the features of this phone and have to decide what is the best solution. Either return it as a defected item for refund or return for replacement.

I got this phone for my 84 mom, the phone works great, has large well laid out buttons and a large screen display. Mom is very happy with this phone.

I bought this for my elderly Aunt and when I went to visit I forgot to take a picture. Nice phone. Lots of features. Programmable for speed dial and contacts. Large buttons. Display area for caller ID. I asked her what she thought and she really liked how easy it was to be able to pick up. She’s early dementia so the functionality is useless but the rest is perfect for her swollen hands.

The phone is excellent. I love the white color. Black is so boring.

Great phone, lots of functions and not too expensive. Love the answering machine function the most! Looks good on the end table too. The only negative would be how short the cord is to the receiver and how badly it knotted up in such a short time. Nice big numbers too!

Always shows model # on the display instead of most recent phone # Cannot change ringtone Contrast is terrible even at level 4. Wish I could turn off the orange display light. Call log button too small for someone with arthritis and vision problems Sound quality not that good My 20 year model was better but the power cable broke so I had to replace it....otherwise I would have kept on using it Disappointing I wish there was a different option in the marketplace.
