Can't beat the price
*This bat is illegal in High School and College leagues and probably more so check before you try to use it in a competitive league*For $40 this is a great bat for casual games and BP. The handle portion up past the holes is composite and the barrel is aluminum. It performed similar to ~$100 range Easton bats. The weight distribution is a little different than solid aluminum bats as it is "barrel heavy". But in our first few swings my brothers and I were hitting the ball 300+ feet with just some 50-60mph pitches. There is a 1 year warranty for common issues of cracking composite and if the cap pops off. I highly recommend this bat for casual use as it really can't be beat at the $40 price. It only gets 4 stars because of its limited useability. I may pick up a few more to have around.*Edit - It looks like the price on the 33-30 is now $50, still a great price. Make that $35 now, awesome price!

What a deal!
This bat is AWESOME for the price! It was $400 list price and I got it for $39.99 with free 2 day shipping. Seems like most people are buying bats on here for protection, seems ridiculous to me, that's what guns are for. I bought this bat to hit groundballs to my kid. I got the 32" because that was the size on sale, and I was worried it would be too small, I was wrong. I'm 5'9" and the bat seems perfect for what I will be using it for. I will say that I wouldn't have thought about paying full $400 list price, but a great deal at the sale price.

Durable
Can't beat it, especially for the price. I use this in the batting cage for practice and it has help up well.

Beware
These bats are no longer allowed in most leagues. Check with your local organizer before using. I use this in my cage. The holes that supposedly cut down on air resistance might do something if you decide to grip the bat so they're facing the right way on your swing, but I don't. I got this on closeout when they were banned.Remember, bats are sized and weighted according to a standard (inches -3 oz or -8.5 oz for juniors), so pick up any, for example, 32 oz bat and it's going to feel approximately the same as any other bat of the same specification.

Can't beat the price on this. It's illegal to use in ncaa and high school and some leagues, but the league i play in does not have bat regulations. regardless of the bat, you must be able to make contact for any bat to be effective. I will say this, the trampoline effect with this bat is incredible and i definitely do get some extra distance when i make contact. Again, can't beat the price on this for a bat of this caliber and quality.

Great bat, but not allowed in little league games
I bought this for my 9-year old son, who played Mustang League this year. He's 5'2" already, so I figured an adult-sized bat would serve him better than the toothpicks he was using early in the season. When he takes this bat to the batting cage, he can wallop the heck out of those balls; however, it isn't allowed in his league, I suppose because it's adult- rather than kid-sized.We'll keep it as a practice bat, though; he loves it and swings it with confidence.

Good bat, but the endcap broke at the first game... could be bad luck... the hitter got the ball right at the endcap.

Great bat for summer men's league
I love this bat....hitting .400 and slugging over .600....great bat for power hitters as it glides through the zone.Would not recommend this bat for a smaller hitter as this model is a 34 inch -3... Have used many other wood bats, BESR bats and a few BBCOR bats. This league allows BESR and no wood, so this is my favorite bat. Had a Demarini that didn't feel as awesome in my hands, but this was great. Grip is great.
