This GOODONYA electrolyte drink mix has been my go-to for hydration, especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding. I love how simple and clean the ingredient list is — nothing extra, just what you need. The taste is mild and easy to drink, which makes it perfect when you’re already feeling off. It is a bit pricey for everyday use, so I save it for when hydration really matters, but the quality and ingredients are why I keep coming back to it.

This is a superior electrolyte brand. First, I thought these were 20 single servings to go but that’s okay. This is awesome. It’s the cleanest electrolyte product I’ve come across. Tastes excellent. Minimally sweet but doesn’t leave that stevia linger. It’s perfect. No clumping. Mixes extremely well and both refreshing while being hydrating.

Tastes good and has clean ingredients. Dissolves quickly in water.

I started using this powder because I am on a GLP one journey zip bound to be specific and I wanted to make sure that I was getting my electrolytes every time I research a product. This one still comes out to be the best. I already take other supplements I use AG1 I take magnesium. I take D3 plus K2. I get my calcium. I like this product. It has exactly what I need. It taste good it’s a reasonable cost as for mixing it up I have found I put it in a water jug container, a 32 ounce PBA free bottle and I put my scoop in there and I shake it up really well and I shake it up again and that’s how it mixes and it mixes great I’m glad to have it. I’m glad it’s made. It works for me. I highly recommend it.

Tastes like crushed up Advil and you can’t return it. Yes it’s my fault for not checking the return options BUT buyer beware it’s gross and no returns!!!

The flavor is pleasant and not overpowering like some drink mixes. I like that it has only a small amount of sodium which allows it to be used for general hydration, but probably not an intense workout. The product doesn't mix easily and needs to be stirred a lot until it is fully dissolved and all the clumps are gone. Based on the price, the product should perfect in my opinion...so I am probably not buying again even though I really like the taste.

I saw this product and liked that it had a lot of good reviews. So, I figured give it a shot. I wanted something that wasn't super sugary or made you feel like you needed to drink MORE WATER to quinch your thirst (no names but a certain wetland reptile comes to mind) =P Here's my breakdown: ** Taste: Excellent! It's light but you can tell what it is. Very refreshing and doesn't make you feel like you have dry mouth from sugar. ** Effective: I do a lot of rucking in the mountains and it can get pretty warm in the summer. I generally ruck between 7-12 miles and I'm pretty beat after. After using this product a couple of times there is a difference I noticed. I don't get winded ad much and I generally feel like I have more gas in the tank. ** Price point/Quantity: This is where is it hurts. At the time i could only get the 1lb size. And for what I paid ($28 and change) that kind of hurt. After 2 uses (2 TBS/24oz bottle) I'm almost out! If you're going to get this, get it in bulk and go for the $44 deal. I'm also a little curious about the amount of ingredients you get. Yes, it's only the label so you can see but upon review I was a bit shocked. There's all this talk about minerals and pink salt and sea salt...but looking at the package, you're mostly getting Vitamin C and Magnesium. Granted, both of those do a lot for the human body but...it was just an interesting observation is all. ** Overall: This product does the drink and it tastes great as well. The only way to beat it would be coconut water or pickle juice. If you're gonna purchase it, go big! I would order this again.
