This is more like a “deskpad” at 31x12, which is a good size for me, but I also measured my space before purchase and this was essentially the largest I could go for my space. I suggest you do the same before purchase. It is solid black, one side is more rubberized while the other is smooth, so your mouse scrolls smoothly, your keyboard stays in place, and the other side keeps friction on the desk. The appearance is simple and offers a professional look. When you unroll it, there may be some areas not entirely flat at first. Just get a book or similar object or two with some weight to it to flatten it all out, and it’ll get better with use too. It is quite durable, and should hold up to daily use. Cleaning it is simple enough, but I do not recommend putting anything other than your mouse and keyboard on this deskpad. Food or drink will add the risks of ruining it. Whether you’re gaming or just want a deskpad for office use, this is a good deskpad for those that want something plain and simple that will get the job done.

I'm a web site designer (among other computer-related things) and spend a LOT of time with a mouse in my hand. I've had an old, old (at least fifteen years, if not older) foam-like mousepad (Belkin, I think) that is falling apart and leaving rubber goo (formerly the non-slip bottom of the mousepad) on the desktop. So, finally I broke down and bought a replacement. This new mousepad is larger. It's a large mouse pad. (That's not a bad thing for me, it might be for some people. If you have limited space, measure before buying!) The fabric is comfortable to the touch (for me). No rash after several days' use. The sewn edges (unlike my previous mousepad) will probably make it washing machine safe. Cons compared to old mousepad: - non-slip bottom is not as "non-slip" as was the older mousepad. I find myself readjusting the position of this mousepad on the desk three to four times a day. - thinner (and therefore less comfortable) than the foam-like older mousepad...but note that I do not find this new mousepad UNcomfortable. It's just not AS comfortable.

Lays flat, not thick and bulky, size is not too big, fits comfortably underneath hand/mouse, wipes clean easily

It's a bit bigger than a regular mousepad, which I find it to be a comfortable size for me. I like the fact that the design is simple and it doesn't have a logo on it. It also doesn't seem that water resistant.

This is a quality pad at a reasonable price (both of which are why I chose this one). The surface is not irritating to the hand. The mouse reacts well to the surface. The non-slip bottom keeps the pad in place. The sewn edges keeps it from curling and degrading like cheap mouse pads. For the price I'm quite pleased.

The mouse pads are good quality, and I really have no problems with the price. I am a little annoyed that the perfect 4 pack for my family left me without a mouse pad. As I am looking back, I see that there are only 3 mousepads in the photos, but it does say 4 mousepads in the title and in the description. Ideally, they would send me one more as a replacement

It's wide so it's good for solving math problems.
