For all the "Medical student Gunner's" out there reading this, just by it. Background: I am a medical student and got this to practice on before clinical rotations. Pros: Durable material that barely leaves marks after you remove the suture. It comes with everything you need to practice. (Driver, suture needle and material, and rabbit tooth forceps) It has multiple pre-cut lines and a scalpel to make new lines to suture. Nice kit to store everything, honestly could put in Dr's bag to practice while waiting during surgery rotation. If inclined to do so. Decent steel tools that get the job done, just as good as my school's equipment we practiced on. Material is layered in both color and stretch. It might be more realistic that way. Pad stays still when practicing on the kit. Can't always say that about patients No need to anesthetize or deal with pigs' feet to practice. better than banana peels or hot dogs as well. Cons: it is exactly what I expected - you could argue that the stretch is lacking as you cant get it to perch upon the edges unless you keep the sutures close. Good deal on a decent set for anyone wanting to learn how to throw a few stitches.

Good kit, comes with variety of sutures, needle drivers, pick ups, scalpel handle and blades and scissors. The needle driver is pretty hard to work with but for practice, it does the job. The gel does tear with deeper sutures but take bigger bites with the needle and it should hold up
