How tight do you fasten them? We have come home and it's still on but he's peed everywhere

Tight! My lovely little Westie was 17+, sadly he isn't with is anymore, I had to make sure the right 'bit' was in and that both elastic sides were fairly snug. I also used to put medicated talc in them to keep him comfortable. I found these wraps gave Baz two years extra with us as I couldn't have lived with an incontinent dog. I did used to change them quite often, again for comfort and they will leak if they are too full.

Can you confirm the actual measurements for size large, in the description it states 25”-32” yet on the photo it clearly states 18”-25”??? Thanks
