Ok, didn't do much for me
These are okay. I didn't see a big improvement with the pain. But didn't know until I tried. CVS Health Triple Action Joint Health is way better for support and pain and it's one tiny pill a day. I usually use these but wanted to try something new. I will be returning to what works for me. Plus CVS supplement has more for the money.

Contains fish oil
My friend's vet advised her to give this to her dogs to help keep their teeth clean and gums healthy. She said it could also be used this way for humans, so I did a little research of my own, then decided to try it. Unfortunalely, I had only taken it for about 10 days when I started developing mysterious symptoms (gastrointestinal) that I couldn't explain, so I figured it would come and go soon enough. Unfortunately, it continued to worsen over the next few days until, in a moment of idle curiosity, I happened to read the contents on the side of the bottle. These pills contain fish oil - a product with which many people, myself included, experience unpleasant gastrointestinal side effects. I stopped taking them immediately, and my symptoms cleared up. Unfortunately, I didn't take them long enough to report one way or the other about their effects on teeth and gums, but I wanted to warn anyone who might be sensitive to fish oil - beware! (My friend has had amazing results with her dogs' oral health in the couple of months they've been on this.)

I recommend these to everyone
I’m on the younger side with the knees of a 50-60 year old. I would routinely have aches and pains. These have been greatly reduced since starting this supplement. They are like magic!
