Great product, really helps to reduce leg swelling from lymphadema. It took about four days to get the effect I wanted. I have been massaging it into my lower legs. After about four days, the hard swelling in one of my lower legs is more than half gone. I have an almost normal looking ankle for the first time in years. Do be aware it has a strong odor. I don't find it unpleasant, although it's definitely a medicinal type of smell.

This horse chestnut cream is fantastic for blood vessels but it completely numbs needles and pins sensations of the nerve ending. Must be rub in and massaged thoroughly on legs, feet, toes, and especially underneath the feet on the bottom. You’ll walk like new.

I started using this product at the recommendation of my ChatGPT Assistant. It simply works wonderfully. Product does what it say's it will do. Being that I have a circulation issue with my calves, that's I why I use it. Great product!

My veins hurt less! I cannot prove, but in my experience, using this almost nightly, my varicose veins are much much less intense then in my previous pregnancy. Last pregnancy, they would throb, this time around, I feel much better, thank G-d.

100% amazing at reducing inflamed and varicose veins also helps in reducing bruises of all kinds. The smell is unusual, but you will get used to it. After researching this topic, horse chestnut is one of the best compounds you can use.

I do have some small spider veins showing up on my legs. But the main reason I got this was for what I think they call bulging veins (which may be a southern way to say varicose veins) in my hands. As they say,,, " You can always tell the age of a person by looking at the hands". And what I use on my hands and face for skin is amazing and you will understand if you look at my reviews ! I use the latest and most effective ingredients and my skin is amazing. I am not being vain or full of pride but please understand after so many years of using cutting edge ingredients it is showing results. I have many people who say "WOW you skin looks amazing and are you wearing make up". But as awesome as these all have been it has been no avail to the veins ! And yes I take many supplements like NAD+ and revearsatrol etc but it's not going to offset this because of ESTROGEN. You could say well I am 100 years old and there's virtually no estrogen there and that does matter as because over time other things lack and not to get too complicated your veins adjust to insure good blood flow. ( A man will say No estrogen and very untrue because the older they get the less estrogen is converted by androgens to testosterone !) How estrogen does that is a topic you can google as this review is long enough. Keep in mind what we are trying to fix is not something that body has let us down with but something the body is doing to try and help us which makes it extremely difficult to treat ! ( and yes I have read in reviews that the dermatologist can fix these quick but is there not a cream that can help and prevent ,that does not cost as much as that office visit ?)I was torn between a 2 to 4 star review because they said give them three months. I think I am about a month and half. By the smell it was clearly good product as horse chest nut has a distinctive smell. I wondered if my perfume would hide it but I use very little perfume. It absorbs quickly but you have to use a lot to cover a small area. I had no interactions or rashes etc. Perhaps over a long period of time it helps. Sometimes I saw improvement but it seemed to be only after I put it on ! I wanted something with faster results and more visible results. Honestly it may not exist ! I am trying another product now and that's why I could not give this 4 stars or better. But I do think the price is good and I Do not want to dissuade you from trying ! Perhaps at three months you will see some improvements and please let me know as I will change my rating ! I guess I am inpatient but at least I am honest ! I hope that may have helped ! I started using this horse chestnut cream just a week ago, applying it morning and night, and I’m already blown away by the results. I have May-Thurner Syndrome (MTS), and my left leg used to swell noticeably after standing for long periods. Since using this cream, the swelling has completely stopped! I have used this cream on and off. However, I didn't use it for my legs , although now I am defo using it for them as well. I have used this cream to treat my spider veins on my breast !! I have so far used it not constantly but I have become more consistent and I can see an immediate huge difference, it calms the area , makes the appearance of my veins better - lighter and almost gone. I am wondering if they will defo go away with constant use. The smell is actually nice! You should use this cream at least twice a day for some weeks to see improvements I would say and it depends on the area a lot. I can defo see a good (positive) pattern on people using it on their faces and other areas of the body that are not legs , and on legs is a bit mixed. It is worth a try

Not a miracle cream. You need to be consistant. It does show slight improvement in the dark bruise like spots and lines. I find it definatly helps the tired feeling in legs. I put this on before bed. Could probably use in morning as well thats recommended but really once a day i see/ feel a difference. Its a tan coloured cream. It does have a natural fragrance. The smell is not terrible and doesn't stay long. I will say a few drops of lavender go along way if you wish for a better smelling product. Of course its not made to be a nice smelling cream its made to work. A little goes along way.
