Great seeds, great tomato variety
I grew these for the first time last year, and am repeating again this year as I was very pleased with last summer’s crop. Photo of seedlings just popping out was taken today, 10 days after planting indoors under grow lights in a 17” planter also bought on amazon (Hananojia brand). They germinate in less than a week. I will take the planter outside in mid-May, once all risk of frost is gone (Zone 5b). The plants then grow quite quickly and start flowering and producing tomatoes reliably. They stayed nice and compact (about 12” or 30cm high), requiring no support, just regular watering and a bit of organic vegetable fertilizer about once a month, which kept them producing well into September. Highly recommend these if you have limited space and want enough tomatoes for summer salads, but not an overwhelming amount.

Great seeds!
Love these tomatoes! I get 100% germination rate and they sprout fairly quickly and easily. I’ve done both in hydroponic and soil. Small plant that is good for patio and very prolific with flowering/fruits. Yummy tasting tomatoes. Will buy again!

Produces great.
Great tomatoes. I put 2 of these in a hydroponic (DWC) setup in early November and they are on they're 2nd fruiting. Many tomatoes.

Great Germination Rate / Solid Plants / Productive Harvest
These seeds were well packaged and seemed of good quality. I started these indoors with grow lamps in mid-February in my grow zone of 6. These seeds had a good germination rate - likely 85 % or so for me and matured just in time for planting season. In planting these, they did extremely well both in pots and lived up to their name as a dwarf, producing a nice harvest. We suffered a severe drought this summer and these weathered through with extra care. The flavor was not as sweet as I would've preferred but it likely could've been the drought. I have leftover seeds from the packet so I will definitely plant again in '2026. I recommend.

They grow!
Full disclosure, I really suck at plants and have killed quite a few through over watering. But I am trying, still. I added 3 seeds each to 4 different pots at first. Two pots had completely organic soil that was marketed for tomoto plants and the like. Two pots had soil from my outside garden (mostly just top soil from lowes). For the first week...nothing. I added a few more seeds to each pot (and brushed off some of the top of a pot with organic soil into a pot with top soil to make a mix). This morning (a few days over a week) I see one little tomoto head pop out of a pot with a mix. I think I may have over watered some of the other pots...but I still have seeds left to try again. My point is...I suck at plants and yet still had at least one start to grow in a pot that is mainly just dirt from outside. So I am satisfied. I did use grow lights so I would definitely reccomend that. And I have been diligent about keeping it warm for them...even when our HVAC broke I immediately bought a heater...as it is winter (north florida winter but still gets down to the 20s). I am happy with this purchase and if someone as terrible with plants as I am can make at least one grow, it has to be likely for anyone. Edit: by week two, three little seeds have already sprouted. I think they are just sprouting slower, maybe due to the temperature being colder.

Terrible germination
Terrible germination, zero success in 3 attempts. All of my other tomato seeds came up and flourished.

Yay? 🤔❤️
UPDATE: Given my track record, I suppose Louise should be grateful to be alive at this point. That being said, I’m no expert, but I don’t believe this is a dwarf tomato plant. She doesn’t look at all as I was expecting, though she appears to be thriving in this environment. At one point, she took on a very steep gangster lean. I grabbed an old straw that came with one of my tumblers that I ordered and tied her to it to give her some support. She’s hanging in very well, but she’s not a dwarf plant at all. I’m gonna stand by her, but I fear at one point she may outgrow her position there and I may be forced to put her outside. I live in an apartment complex in New England and I’m pretty sure the management will frown on any attempt to establish a presence for her on the property. I’m not sure what to do, but if you were looking forward to having a dwarf plant to enjoy in your small space, you may find yourself disappointed with these seeds. ORIGINAL POST: I was so excited to get these! I ran from the mailbox straight to my planter and planted two. It took 8 days (may have planted too deep), but one has sprung up! She looks really good to me. I’m an inexperienced planter, and plants like to die in my arms. If she doesn’t make it, it may be unfair to blame the seed. These do germinate, at least. I used compressed indoor soil made of coconut coir. She’s in a self-watering planter and gets at least 10 hours of full spectrum LED light a day. I’ll fertilize once a month or so, and will mist the top soil from time to time. I’m driving blind. Wish me luck, but try them if you’re interested.
