Outstanding customer service !
If I could give Giandel a 6 star review I would. I bought one of these 3000w inverters and it ran well for about 2 weeks, then quit. Amazon sent me a replacement. Installed this new one, turned on the microwave,it ran for 2 seconds then the inverter went into permanent overload. I connected an extension cord from a GFI outlet in the house and connected it to the power line running from inverter to the electrical panel in my RV. Turned on the microwave, ran for 2 seconds, then the GFI tripped. I figured I had a short in the power cord or the Automatic Transfer Switch behind the electrical panel. Dug out the ATS, opened it up and saw a number of burnt wires. It was 19 years old and had been used with an onboard generator, now discarded. I replaced the ATS and ran a new 8/3 power cord from the panel to the inverter. I contacted Giandel and asked if they had repair facilities that I could ship the inverter to and get it repaired at my cost. They answered right away, had me take a video of the OL alarm on the lcd, I included pictures of my installation and the wiring, they said they would look into it. 3 days later I got an email with a tracking number. They sent me another new 3000W inverter, no hassles, no haggling! I double checked the shore power lines and the new inverter line, all appliances worked well, verified with an in-line amp/watt meter. When the new inverter arrived, I installed it, held my breath and turned it on. It is working just like it should ! It ran my microwave, my A/C, ( not at the same time, I am still gunshy), the coffee pot, even a 1500 W electric heater without a problem. Hopefully, I have it all sorted out and with the great customer service from Elsa at Giandel I will enjoy my truck camper out in the boondocks.

Great customer service / tech support
My 12 volt, 3000 watt, pure sign wave inverter worked great for a little over 3 months before it blew a few internal fuses and would not power back up. After contacting Giandel's tech support team they walked me through how to replace the fuses after asking me a few diagnostic questions. As it turned out, replacing the fuses did not solve the problem and they sent me a new inverter which arrived approximately 2 or 3 days later. Giandel's tech support team was quick to return my email inquiries and they were easy to work with. I would recommend Gaindel products to anyone based on the outstanding customer support that I recieved and I will purchase from them again.
O**.
Bigger wires please.
The inverter is great. I love the look how well built it is and the way it functions. The fan didn't even kick on at 1500 watt loads and it ran 3000 watt loads with no problem. My one complaint would be these under sized 2 wires they give you. They got very hot running 2500 watt load for over an hour. Please supply 1 AWG cables which you recommend or non at all and drop the price a little so we can buy our own.

See my update at the bottom, been in service now for a week and best i can tell with out a scope is my digital clock is keeping time this alone tells me the power is clean some inverts will make the time run slow and loose up to a hour or more a day. Power demands are working just fine and the voltage is 121 and holds there pretty well. Voltage Max verified 16 volts is the shut off for this inverter and 15.9 is ok to run. Why would i wont this voltage? Lithium-Ion 18650 cells. Yes finally an inverter that can handle 95% of the voltage that a 4S pack can have. Ive near doubled the capacity being able to almost fully charge the batteries and not fully charging means the cells will have a longer life only charging to 95% of max charge is fine with me. Most normal inverters will only allow up to 15.2 volts and they shut down for over voltage ive got one as a spare that shuts down at 15 volts which is totally useless for lithium-ion 4S. My set up for voltage range is: 13 volts automatic fall back charge starts for low sun days 1000 watts in solar with a not so conventional 20 amp buck converter CC-CV this must have a fan and more heat sink to run at 22 amp constant MAX or it will fail by over heating and exploding the caps on the board the inductor get incredibly HOT or one of the mosfets over heats and fails ive also had one of the traces on the board to a mosfet burn out and had to fix it and replace the mosfet. Folks ive burnt up over 10 of these to learn what works and what dont! Now ive had 2 of these working fine for the last several months one for fall back charge and one for solar charge. 15.9 volts is the high voltage stop point which is much better than my old inverter at 15.2 volts shut down. Update 11-18-2025: Still going and no problems 16 volts is the shut off 15.9 volts is fine no complaints. Still running on the same set of batteries well. This inverter runs 24/7 to keep the lights on and ive even worked up a way for my home to be Hybrid a 60 amp charger keeps the batteries up when the lights go out ive got about 14 hours of use for all the lights, electronics and fridge basically anything that is 110 VAC. Washers tend to use pleanty of power so i try to avoid using that. The first one did fail rather quick the replacement has been perfect.

Dependable, meets all my requirements, it’s lasted years now. I use it daily.
Both units will produce what they say it will. That being said, this is just a more solid unit. It was my fault for blowing up the 3000w Go Wise inverter. I had a 100a Smart BMS that powers ( pushes) the flow of dc watts to the inverter, so voltage X amps = 100x12=1200w. Now your trying to run a 3000w inverter. The BMS is trying desperately to supply the watts. It may or may not be able to and if the demand is over 1200w it “will” do it for a short amount of time… then something has to give. For me it was the inverter. I upgraded my BMS to a smart Daly 200A BMS. I can run my ac in my travel trailer (after installing a slow start kit for the ac). Of course I’m limited to my dc ah bank. Note this inverter use slow start technology. It is a gr8 thing. It hard on any inverter to jump from 0 to say 2600 watts instantly.so that’s pretty cool. Just a note, people say their looking for a longer remoter cord. Luck was in my court the Go Wise remote wire was 25’ and worked out just fine. So I didn’t have to snake another wire. Gr8 product. I’d like to say I’d buy it again and I would if there’s a new project. Remember about the BMS.if your going to hard wire this be sure and use wire ferrules when using stranded wire I always up the required wire gage. I believe people don’t use the right wire gage from the batteries and blame the unit..

COMPLETELY JUNK
This power inverter is a complete junk and I do not recommend to anyone. I put so much hope in it and it failed and now I am really pissed. First of, when I received it, the box missed the remote control and a pair of battery cable. I contacted the customer service and they sent me all of those. That was cool! And then I set it up with a band new AMG 125 battery, it did work nicely with whatever loads I put to it until last week when my wife used a 1800w hair drier, it said overload and beeping. I unplugged everything and checked my battery level, everything seemed ok accept the inverter. I thought it could be the defective battery so I ran to the Battery Plus store to get a brand new Duracell 4D deep cycle battery. I hooked everything back up and this time it did not even run a 400w power tool. It is unbelievable because it has only been used for just couple weeks. THIS BRAND NAME IS VERY UNRELIABLE AND CAN'T BE TRUST!

It powers EVERYTHING in my little RV!
I have used GIANDEL inverters before, and love their products. I am LOVING this new 3000w inverter! I finally have found an inverter that will power my portable AC unit, fan on high, 3.3 cu ft fride/freezer, TV, laptop, and everything else that I have plugged in my conversion van all at once! Granted it drains the batteries really quick, but that's why I run my motor while I have the AC running. What's nice is that the inverter turns itself off when the batteries are low and leaves me with enough reserve power to start my van back up to recharge the system again. It comes packaged very well. The only complaint that I have is that the mounting holes to screw the unit down are directly below other stuff that sticks out like the battery posts. This made installing the unit extremely difficult even for me and I'm a contractor by trade. Other than the hole placement, this is an amazing unit. I would HIGHLY recommend getting this inverter to power your RV or anything else. Plus it has an 18 month warranty and I can tell you from personal experience that they stand behind that warranty. The one time I had an issue with my old 2000w inverter after a year of owning it, they sent me a replacement in 3 days.

It runs everything in my camper!
We bought this for our camper. We do a lot of boondocking and we purchased the inverter for when we needed AC power and didn't want to start the generator. This 3000-watt inverter didn't disappoint. It will run everything on the camper including the microwave. I found that out the hard way when the generator failed on one trip. After I got back from the trip, I coupled this with 800 watts of solar panels and a 300 amp-hour battery and now I really don't use the generator. I did have one problem with the remote display failing this year. It didn't stop the unit from working I just had to go into the storage bay and push the button to turn it on. That was a minor inconvenience though. I contacted customer support when I got back and they sent me a new display that week to get me going. What a great customer experience!
