It doesn’t leave any white cast, it is very light and pleasant on the skin. I don’t know if it is waterproof.

I apply once in the morning before work. Apply a generous amount and massage into my face

Should one apply the sunscreen before or after using a moisturiser?

It depends on the formula. Mineral sunscreen goes after moisturiser. How do you know if it is a miners sunscreen? It will be clearly stated on the packaging. Otherwise, you put it on just before the moisturizer but after the serum.
