How do you open the case to refill?

Once you twist up the sprayer pull the sprayer part out and the glass bottle will come out so you can unscrew the cap and refill

It scratches but doesn’t leak

How do you fill these if your perfume is in a spray bottle?

The glass bottle is inside of the casing you see on the picture. Remove the glass insert, unscrew the cap, use the funnel to spray your perfume in the insert and put the sprayer back together. It sounds complicated, but it is very easy once you get the product in your hand. I travel alot and this product get 10 stars from me !!!! you will not be disappointed.

Does anyone have any idea why these arrive with a horrible fishy smell?

Dear, the inside of our perfume bottle is made of eco-friendly glass and has no smell. Perhaps, the product may have a slight smell due to the bottle being sealed too long. It is recommended that you wash the product first after receiving it and the smell will disappear immediately.
