I started these 3 weeks ago, I have noticed great improvements. I can focus and get things done, I am actually finding joy in the things I like to do. Before this I was struggling with my adhd and depression badly. I have no insurance and so wasn't able to see a doctor and get help or prescriptions and now i feel like i can actually live again not just survive. I can say full heartedly these have changed my life. I don't feel like I am hopelessly drowning anymore. My husband even agrees and says he has missed me smiling this much. My executive disfunction has improved so much with this supplement in such a short time I am so impressed and pleased. I am recommending this to everyone I know and will definitely be buying again.

I thought there was a full piece of rice in the capsule. however, I took one apart and found that was all powder. It’s very faint print of rice in each caplet. A filler to make more money. I suppose there’s a deal at Costco right now I’m gonna go there and see what it’s all about. It’s too soon to state how this saffron works for me.

I just received this item on Monday, 7/1 so I can't really rate it. I gave it 5 stars only because the pills are easy to swallow and it arrived quickly (although I have Prime so everything always comes quickly). I really hope this works. I need to lose about 10 pounds and also want it to work for my eye health. I can re-rate it after I've been using it for a while. I do like that it will last me 180 days seeing how you only need to take 1 per day. I changed this to 3 stars only because I've been taking it for 2 weeks and I seem to be eating more than normal. I want to eat less.

This Safron has helped me manage my anxiety and stress. It has kept me calm.
