Perfect for Long Runs and Built to Last
I absolutely love this hydration belt and use it every week for my long runs. It comes with two 10 ounce bottles, and I fill them with water and my favorite hydration powder, then freeze them the night before. They keep my drink cold for a good portion of my run. The belt is comfortable, stays in place, and has enough storage for my car key, garage door opener, gels, and even my reading glasses if I need them. The bottles are dishwasher safe, which makes cleanup easy, and Iโve washed the belt in the washing machine many times after sweaty runs. It comes out looking great every time. Iโve put a lot of miles on this belt, and it has held up incredibly well. Itโs durable, practical, and one of the best running accessories Iโve purchased. I highly recommend it for anyone training for longer distances.

This running belt is the BEST
This running belt is the BEST!! It doesnโt move around at all and doesnโt cause any problems or pain. I ran with a different one for a half marathon and it rubbed my skin raw in multiple spots, this one does not do that at all. Plenty of space in the project for your phone and gels, and thereโs loops for gels as well. The water bottles are very easy to drink out of. I really like that the strap was adjustable and you can just cut it to make it the size you want, that part is amazing because the other one I used the flaps were long and just flapping around and it was annoying. Very happy with this belt and I have been and will be using it on all runs!

Secure and comfortable. Large pocket. Access to water cumbersome.
I'm an avid runner, running over 2,500mile per year for over a decade. I take water and my phone with me on every run (and during some longer races). Taking stuff with you is annoying no matter how you carry it and there is no perfect solution that I've found yet- however this one is pretty good. Pro's: 1. Wow- it's cheap. 2. The long velcro strap provides a tremendous range of fit. - you can cut off the extra, and the belt includes a moveable plastic 'end cap' mechanism which easily slides through the buckle. nicely done here! 3. Velcro strap is adjustable on the fly. (unlike belts with a clip) 4. can hold 20oz of water, a large format phone and other items. 5. pretty comfortable and secure when running, Given its carrying capacity. 6. the rubber bump pad on the back of the water pouch secures the belt from slipping. bottles stay on your hip and don't rotate around (this is important!) 7. pocket has a divider, and even the divider has a small pocket on it that would securely hold 1 credit card or driver's license (nice!) Con's 1. Drinking process is cumbersome. a. lift strap over top of bottle b. remove bottle from pouch. c. pull up cap d. drink e. remember to push down cap to close bottle! f. reinsert in floppy pocket (sometimes takes some doing) g. find strap and pull it over top of bottle. the bottle will NOT stay secure without that little strap. I've read other reviews that the durability of that little strap is not great. once that breaks or fails- the belt will be unusable without repair. and this will surely happen during a run. 2. no option to slide the phone pouch around to ride on your hip. it must go on the middle of your back. hope you like it there. 3. the pocket is too big (for my needs). it's really rather huge. maybe not a 'con'. 4. it's not a race-day belt. no external mounting points for gels for longer races. I'll use this on training days when I want/need to carry 10 or 20oz and other items. (for more water than that, I'll use a running vest). it's too cumbersome to get the water in and out to use it on race day for marathons. Much prefer the clip-in, clip-out style bottles (such as the Amphipod snapflask/xtech) that include their jet-flow cap which stays closed until you squeeze or suck on it. I've only used it a few times so far. it's a keeper.

Game changer for runners โ comfy, secure, and super functional!
Iโve tried a few running belts over the years, and the AiRunTech Hydration Belt is by far my favorite. Itโs super easy to useโjust strap it on and go. It stays in place while I run, doesnโt bounce around, and the fit is really comfortable, even on longer runs. One of the best parts is how securely it holds my phone. I have a decent-sized smartphone, and it fits snugly with no slipping or shifting. Thereโs also plenty of room for keys, gels, and other small items without feeling bulky. The main pocket is surprisingly roomy! The zipper is high quality and glides smoothly, even when the pouch is full. I also love how easy it is to access the water bottle on the goโno fumbling or awkward angles. The bottle sits tight but pulls out quickly when I need a sip mid-run. Overall, this belt checks all the boxes: comfort, storage, hydration, and durability. If you run regularly and want something that just works, this is 100% worth it.

Great for long runs
Very good belt, easy to adjust. Bottles are great, stay in place as you run. I recommend it for long runs.

Doesn't stay in place
I was excited to receive this belt as I hate carrying things when I run. I was looking for one that would have room for my phone, gels, lip balm and water and this one fit the bill...especially when other reviewers said that it stayed in place. It did accommodate all of my necessary items and I was happy with the two included small water bottles. However, it did NOT stay in place. I like to wear belts around my hips, not my waist, and this one started riding up immediately. I had to stop several times to adjust the tightness of the strap...to no avail. After 10 frustrating minutes, I gave up and moved it to my waist. I was ready to return it when I realized that I was wearing "slippery" tri shorts though so I thought I would try it again wearing different shorts that weren't slippery. It was much better, but there was still a little bit of slippage. It stayed in place on my hips because of the non-slip dots behind the water bottle holders, but the strap would move up in the back. One suggestion to the company would be to include the non-slip dots on the back of the strap. That would help the belt hold on to the shorts better, all the way around. Over all, it is a good belt, and if you don't wear slippery shorts, you will probably be fine. If it had the non-stick dots on the back of the strap, I would rate it higher.

Hydration for running during the summer
Really like it. I did push the belt down a little but honestly it was more me not being used to it vs it being uncomfortable. I was surprised by how unnoticeable I found it during my 3 miles easy pace. I do feel like the middle pouch is only big enough for phone and keys. I really only need the belt for water and the bottles are a perfect size for me. The water will swish during the run but that doesnโt bother me. The product meets my needs and Iโm happy with purchase.

very comfortable and bounce-free
I was looking for a running belt for shorter distances and this one is perfect. It holds enough water for a few miles in the heat and has plenty of room for a phone, some gels and some bills. It is very comfortable to wear and doesn't bounce during the run. I was especially surprised how easy it is to adjust while on the run. 5 stars!

Very good piece of equipment
It is easy to put on and stays tight enough around your waist, my smartphone is secure in the forward pocket, the small water bottles are just big enough for me on a 5k walk or run, even when it's very hot.
