BLACKHAWK! Men's Soft Shell Rad Vest

This is a really nice vest and better quality than my nearly identical Helly Hansen and TNF vests. The extra inside pocket is great and the zippers are top notch. I got this to conceal my Glock 26 and Sig SP2022 and it hides them very well with maintaining a fitted look.NOTE: This XL vest is shorter than both my other vests that are both size L but the chest fit is about the same as the L. I am 6'1" 175lbs and very glad I got the XL ($20 what a deal) because the L would have been too small. I have an athletic build and like a more fitted vest and the XL is perfect - if you are borderline L and XL then get the bigger one for sure.

i enjoy this vest a great deal. it is warm enough in 40 to 50 degree weather and pretty resistant to water and stains like mud. i have to note that it makes a nice inside layer for other jackets. it also has plenty of pockets: 3 outside and a inside one near the zipper. in all i dont have much negative to say about this vest but be advised it is designed to be fitting. if you think your going to conceal a belt holstered service pistol under it, you will probably be frustrated by this and be better served by something else. if a firearm is not a concern of yours or you only carry on duty or open, no problems.

Great value for a lightweight vest. Very similar to the NF material and I like the color. Seems well made with plenty of pockets including one inside zipper pocket.SIZE: I normally wear a large shirt or jacket but needed an XL in this vest. My suit jacket size is 44R and the XL is not loose at all. It isn't too long but does cover my concealment gun in an inside waist band holster. Consider going up a size if you order.

Very good vest. Soft shell material is thick and good quality with insulated backing. Quality is on par with The North Face and Patagonia soft shell jackets and vests. It definitely does run small. I am 6'2" at ~205. I normally wear a large in most brands, but got this in XL and it is still a snug fit. It has lots of pockets, including an interior pocket, all of which are surprisingly roomy given the limited space of a vest.

Love this vest to heart.Nice zipped chest pocket and an opposite side (inside) zippered pocket.When fully zipped the collar is well in place to cover a sniffing nose and keep the chill off the neck. Very nice product.I've worn this under a Condor Men's Phantom Soft Shell Jacket (navy) in the coolers of your local Wally World coolers and freezers.

I have owned two of these and really like this product. But It does not have the best zipper. The first one had the zipper break in less than a year. I have to go into -20 degree freezers for short periods of time and often have to handle items that have alot of condensation on them. This vest does a great job keeping me from freezing and keeping my shirt dry.

I really like this vest. I love the collar and how it stays upright. Great pockets and overall construction. The other reviews are correct in suggesting that you should probably go a size up, if in doubt. I had a similar fleece vest in M but got this one in L and the fit is the same. My only complaint is that is has a kind of chemical polyester smell to it. Hopefully throwing it in the wash will fix that.

Well constructed vest, and stretches a little. I am glad I read some of the reviews prior to buying. I normally wear a Medium in jackets and vests but ordered a Large and it is fits just right, so order one size larger than you would normally wear. This is a great price from Tiger Direct, I saw the same vest for $80 + on other sites.
