Nice Boots but Run Very Small
I recently moved from a size 13 to size 14, although I have many 13's that I can still use. Initially ordered a size 14 and it was a little short and very narrow. Finally decided to take a chance and go big, so I ordered a 15 Wide. These fit just right, and when I compared to another brand of 14 hiking boots (begins with K), they were the same size. I don't have any other shoes that I had to order a size 15W in. Just my experience, yours may differ. Other than the sizing, these are very nice, high-quality shoes. Only been on one hike so far, but so far so good.

Extremely durable
These are well worth the price. I read the reviews and they are as advertised. Very durable and comfortable all day long. I did exchange the 11.5 for a 11.5 wide no questions asked. I am very happy with these hiking boots/shoes. Little stuff when out of box but break in nicely and are a quality boot.

Best hikers I've ever had!
Best hiking boots I've owned so far. Incredible fit and comfort, right out of the box. Remember, you only get what you pay for. I had heard of these hiking boots before and finally I pulled the trigger on them, I am 100% in love with them. It's like floating in the clouds with a wonder hug around your feet!

Classic style. great boot!
I'm so glad that Oboz continues to make this classic boot! The newer models have a different fit and feel. The Sawtooth 2 is the same as it was years ago. If it's not broke, don't fix it! This boot is stiffer than Merrel and Keen boots. This is a positive if you are on uneven trails and/or backpacking. The stability in the ankle and heel are superior to those brands as well. These are my go to boots for hiking off trail, Comfort is from the thicker cushioning in the heel and mid. I normally switch out insoles but kept the Oboz brand since they do a great job. I had these out in melting snow and mud. Feet were kept dry the whole time. They will be my go to boots this spring for shed hunting, hiking and backpacking and early season hunting.

Comfortable boots but…,,,
I bought this boot the 1st of June wearing them occasionally, Fast forward to August 15 and the exterior part of the lace breaks (the pretty part) I call customer service, and the representative told me that they did not have replacement laces and to go buy another set from another company, (he could not tell me the length and to take them off the shoe and measure to get the replacement) very annoying for a company that only makes outdoor hiking shoes. This is my 3rd pair (12 months of use generally and the rubber cleats peel from the foam foot pad) of Oboz as I buy them due to their comfortable but in the last several years it seems like the quality is going down hill, literally. These are the cheapest Oboz I have purchased and I guess they are cheaper due to the poor quality laces.

Ready for a Hike
Very pleased with these boots. Laces on one would come loose every now and then until I guess the surface roughened up. For a 6'1 290lb male these did need a short break in period. Day 1 was, Ooo these are tight in the toe box, and I think my heel hurts after 8hrs in them. Day 2 was OK maybe this is breaking in or my foot is adjusting. Still tight but not like before and little to no noticeable heel pain (8hr day). 2 day break. Day 3 felt like I had reached breaking. No noticeable heel pain and toes were not cramped in the toe box. (8hr day). Since then I have been 100% confident and comfortable in these boots. Good support, grip, comfort, and laces staying tied. Currently mostly dirt, gravel, pavement, and some light hiking use. I expect these to serve me well no matter the terrain with the exception of swimming of course. In summary 3 day until full brake in or 24 hrs give or take for me at least. My food is in between a regular and wide depending on shoe design if that helps anyone. I'd recommend to friends. 333 Approved 2020

Can’t go wrong
This is my second pair. I purchase my first last year and from the first hike I took thinking I needed to break them in they felt like I was el wearing sneakers. Very comfortable and durable. I’ve never had a blister or so much as a hot spot. I work as a firefighter and we do a lot of technical rescue and bs k country hiking for injured people. I bought my second pair for work and their great. The only con is that the soles are soft and I have worn the toe area but, I hike a lot and was wearing my first pair all day everyday since they were so comfortable. That aside I think these are great boots.

Not had the boots very long, impressed up to now, not had chance to use them in the most challenging conditions but up to now I can’t see any reason for not recommending them, chose the free delivery option and still got them the same week.
