We rent our house and the wiring is a bit dodgy, so we need a light with some kind of plate. Does anyone know if this would be ok.

I would get your landlord to fix the dodgy wiring as it's a fire hazard. After all you are paying rent for the property.

I received this today but it will not fit a standard b22 pendant. the hole is too small. i took the adapter ring out and mow it is too big. help!

The light shade's mounting ring is a standard-size lampshade. The reducer ring is needed for E14 & B22 lamp bases / light sockets. For E26/E27 you can remove the reducer ring.

Can this fit on a 4 pin fitting?

No sadly not , I had all 4 pin fittings when I moved in , but changed them to normal as the bulbs are expensive and wasn't lasting as long as they stated

Stunning!

Absolutely stunning! It's quite heavy as they are glass crystals, not the horrid acrylic beads. The frame is shiny, good quality metal. I can't wait for the sun to shine on it - my bedroom will be filled with little rainbows! Well worth the money.

This lampshade looks great in dining room pleased with product , and very relieved that it was in one piece as it arrived in flimsy mail order box with bottom of lampshade sticking out of hole it had created at corner of box . Very lucky this time.
