This is the absolute best explanation and presentation for how to do tantric sex. It gives specific techniques and fully explains each of those techniques. Combined with the Ipsalu method book, I have now finally discovered what Ihave been searching for the past 9 months. Incredible to have finally found what I needed. I was able to take a workshop that correlates with this book and it was simply life changing. This book is filled to the brim with so much incredible information and easy to follow exercises to help deepen your spiritual practice either alone or with a partner. I could probably read this book 10x and still learn something new every single time. I recommend this to anyone who is a mature seeker looking to reach higher states of consciousness and inner bliss.

Before I got this book, I bought many books about yoga and tantra , some of them to deepen my understanding, and some to get more proven practices. most of the books I bought for practices after reading very good reviews were very dissappointing. Poetry and hints as to what is the practice, but with no details as what to do This book is not new, but somehow I failed to find it years ago - so the first thing I thought when reading it was - I wish I found you years ago. all the practices it took me so match time to get from various teachers are detailed very clearly, and in easy to follow steps. recommended for the intermediate pratitioner who wants to add daily practices to his life. the practices are from tantra kria yoga.

Jewel In The Lotus is by far the best no nonsense book on Tantra you can get. Very clear about the true nature of the yoga. A must read for any westerner who's serious about practicing Tantra. I can't say how much this book has expanded my consciousnesses, connecting the spiritual with the physical and mental.

Book arrived in perfect condition. Shipping was very fast. I cannot wait to delve into this master peice. I have heard many good things about this book. 10/10 would recommend.

This book is very very informative and exciting to read. It's changed me in positive ways and you can always go back to it from time to time it doesn't get boring or tiring.

I was initiated in Kriya Yoga 40 years ago and have been practicing loyaly ever since. But, it does not include the tantric dimension. In my case, it has been an aspect which I have missed. I have read about tantra yoga from different sources, but, they do not compare to Jewel in the Lotus. Jewel in the Lotus is clearly writen, well organized and covers all the needed topics and practice to achieve connection to the Spirit within, combining the sexual, psychological and spiritual aspects of our selves. Although I still have't finished reading it, or practiced any excercise, I can feel a positive difference in me already, just from what I have read. I highly recommend it.
