I bought these some time ago and have found them excellent. The quality is first rate, the variety of bands covers multiple applications, and the value for money is first rate.

I have been using these bands a few days every week since receiving them in May and they're always in my gym bag now. Great buy, they have not visibly deteriorated at all, and I am newly convinced of the flexibility of resistance bands/body-weight workouts over machines and fixed weights. My biggest concern before purchasing this set was whether I would "grow out" of these bands too quickly to make them worth the purchase. I now think this is the best package for people with average functional strength or first-time-band-buyers. The red band is light yet the right tension for my smaller stabilizer muscles (like hip flexors), the purple band is much thicker and tough for my larger muscle groups (like pecs), and the black band is a good middle-ground for any muscle that isn't yet ready for purple. Better yet, I can wrap black+red around a point if I need a little bit less tension than purple (like if I'm lifting my bum for L-Sits) or wrap purple+red if I need a bit more. These 3 bands provide enough options to be a good purchase for someone fairly new to resistance band workouts in general.

These band turn our ceiling mount pull-up bar into a useful home gym workout tool. The bands increasing the repetitions to a useful number, and allow me to graduate to a lighter band as strength improves. Pulls-Up are a very rewarding benchmark for my workouts. You never forget how many pull-ups you can do, so every incremental improvement is a rewarding measure of progress.

These are great. They're durable and work as advertised. They are great for not only helping with pull-ups but also for stretching and mobility work. Highly recommend getting a set of these for every person interested in fitness.

These bands are good quality and very useful for assisted pull-ups. I'm a big guy - 6'4" and 215lbs - so pull-ups are something I struggle with. I used the combo of #2 and #4 together, which seems to provide about 50lbs or so of assistance. The two-band strategy is great because it will allow me to scale down as I improve my upper body strength. Definitely recommend this product!

I bought this for my wife who is really big into fitness. She wanted to do regular pull ups, but building the strength was slow progress for her. Using these bands she can now do 5 full pull ups! The big part of why they help so much is the amount of assistance and allowing her to have a full range of motion. I would recommend these to anything considering how easy they are to transport (home or the Gym) and that they do not break/snap.
