This One is good for light Italian cooking
Classic Olive Oil is the best olive oil for doing light cooking especially pasta and lasagne , while Extra Virgin is best for raw consumption without heating like salads and drizzling on other food items. The packaging was great the glass bottle came intact and sealed without even a drop of leakage. The bottle has a plastic adapter on the neck which helps to pour as well as drizzle . The pricing was great as compared to the printed MRP almost 40 to 45 percent discount on MRP. If you love making pasta every now and then this Classic Olive oil is made for you. It is a blend of 75 percent refined and 25 percent virgin olive oil which is ideal for light cooking. Please avoid using Pomace Olive oil.
