Typically we heat press mugs at 180c for 180 seconds, but we do vary depending on the mug supplier, heat press and paper.

Does this paper come with an ICC profile?

We do not supply icc profiles for our papers. We provide icc profiles for our inks and paper as a combination.

Does this a4 style lite 100g sublimation transfer paper for mugs metal? give same results as the 120g inkexpert paper

Yes it does, Style 120gsm is better for designs with high ink volume / coverage. But both work well on mugs and metal sheets.

Can you use this on cardboard? Such as notebook covers?

Only if the cover has been treated with subli flex spray i Believe. It will sub, but image may be faint..
