Are these pieces weighted?

They are solid plastic, not hollow. A nice weight... But no extra weight.

I love the set. One of the white pawns came broken. Can you replace a single pawn, or do I need to return the entire set for a new set?

Contact the company and tell them you need a replacement pawn of "x" color... Ask what it would cost. You can also make a pawn by making a mold (elastic polymer can be used). There was a website that sold individual chess pieces, you can try finding that on the internet and see if they carry that piece.

Is it 32 pieces, or 32 plus 2 Extra queens?

Just 32 pieces, no extra queens.

How tall are these pieces

The kind are 3 and 3/4 inches tall... That is to the top of their helmet feathers. Base is about 1 and 1/16 inch diameter. Piece are proportional in size. Pawns are the shortest...are a little over 2 and 1/4 inch tall.
