This set has enabled me to write a basic Trust and Will. It is very easy to use, straight forward and simple. I did scan the documents into my computer should I make a mistake or need them in the future.

I love these kits, I bought 3 of them, one for me, one for a family member and one for my neighbors. Easy to use, and hit on all possible scenarios. So glad this is available for purchase. No need to spend hundreds on going to a lawyer, fill out these forms, get them notarized and witnessed and be done with all of the legality of estate issues.

Was very disappointed that the living will did not have the details I expected and that's why I ordered it. The rest was ok but i already have a will. Did not send back because they were going to charge me $7.00 to send it back. Will not order from this company again.

Its a living will

This took about a week or two for us to get it, but it was definitely worth waiting for because of how easy it was to use. We received three booklets and all of them included a section that broke down how each individual form works and a section of commonly used legal terms and their definitions. We were able to fill out three different forms in less than a half hour, then had them witnessed and notarized and put it behind us with hardly any frustration and without needing to hire an attorney. if you are someone who has a lot of different assets and or investments, then this may not be the kid for you, but in our case, it was one man handing everything over to one daughter, and it was very simple. There are many different types of forms included, so there really is some thing for everyone.
