For a product that I paid for to actually WORK is VERY IMPORTANT to ME.
The mouse is defective. Tried installing it 4 times & PC kept saying it couldn't be installed. The mouse doesn't work.... PERIOD!!! I do a LOT of shopping with Amazon & I would hate for this 1 bad experience deter from further purchases. REPLACE or REFUND, please.

El mouse es muy pequeño; para manos medianas, grandes o dedos largos, no será funcional. Las luces no encienden, solo son de un color de mica diferente que refleja un débil rayo de luz rojo cuando se activa el mouse.
