lots of electric wiring, but works well
This grill was installed in a custom rock enclosure I built myself. For full functionality, it requires 120VAC and a place for the transformer and light control box. It's burners have blue LED's when off and turn red when gas is on...nice feature. Lots of cooking surface and well built.

Poor Customer Support and Seller Support
Beautiful grille customer support is non existent. Good luck trying to resolve the issue with the seller, they are going to send you the factory and they do not answer the phones and do not return your calls. better think twice buying this one because once something goes wrong your on your own and you better know your stuff.

Magnificent grill
The assembly instructions for thr grill are not clear. This grill comes pre-assembled with the exception of the electrics. There are several wires that require connections and there is only a cartoon like instruction on where they go, no wiring diagram and no parts diagram. Once we finally figured things out and completed the assembly the grill works beautifully. Love the led accent lights, the rear sear burner and the rotisserie. Everything on this grill is top quality. I'm very pleased with it.

Great Grill but be carefull of the handle's side edges
We bought and installed this Napoleon grill with really high hopes and it has not disappoint. Top quality and it has worked for our grills, as an oven, rotisser and smoker with great results. One issue that we have had is that the side edges get really hot, and I have already burned myself in various occasions. This has happend not only with all the burners working, last week we only had two burners working, and I burned myself when I tried to open the lid. The handle does not get hot as the side edges, so no need to worry there, but be aware of the sides. I have attached a picture of the three recent burns, so you can be aware of this. I have mailed Napoleon about this and I'm still waiting for their response. The grill is really good, but I think is important to note that this parts can be a hazard to be aware of. Just to let you know, burn on the elbow is the last one.

Dangerous Fire Hazard, No replacement parts available
I finished my outdoor kitchen and was so excited about grilling. The 4th time I used my grill the handle felt extremely hot to the touch. The grease from down inside grill caught on fire and melted my control knobs. Not the quality I paid for. After sitting on hold for almost an hour waiting to talk with Napoleon, I was told that the replacement part is not in stock and they have no idea when it will be in stock. I am extremely frustrated!
