One pad is closed and one is opened. It’s still in it’s date of use. I don’t know why it has these black stuff around it.

The eye pads and lash brushes are good but the tweezers are just cheap and nasty rubbish. They don’t grip the lashes properly because they don’t close flush. Don’t buy if you want good quality tweezers.

Like the eye pads better than the ones that come in my kit from a brand defo a brilliant buyt
