Best sweetener out there.
This is all that I use now that I have given up real sugar. This sweetener is the best tasting and has no aftertaste like some of the others. There are also health benefits to using this. These are crystals but will dissolve perfectly when you use it to bake. Some other sweeteners don't. I also like that this is from birch and not corn and it is non-GMO as well. I am careful using this around my dog as it is not good for them! They get no snacks from anything made with xylitol (check your gum, peanut butter, etc. as many items now contain xylitol.)

WARNING: keep away from dogs and cats...not digestible and can be fatal. However, the taste for humans is great, and has dental benefits, too. Good for lowering glucose levels and no aftertaste like sweet-n-low or splenda.

Taste good, but
If you take this on an empty stomach ,you may experience headache, this is what happened to me but ,i wont buy this again but the taste is lovely

Really! No aftertaste!
I have found sugar that has replaced the other sugar, low carbs and calories. And the taste is wonderful it really has no aftertaste the other low calorie say no aftertaste but really has one. But PEP really does not have a aftertaste you taste the true taste of sweet. I will tell my family and friends about this wonderful sugar.

I keep these stalked for my teeth. It’s become kind of a nice routine of xylitol water to swish through the day and after meals. I’ve bought spray bottles to use when I’m out and about. My mouth says moist,sweet, and has happy teeth.

Great product - suits my needs well.
I bought this to use in a sinus rinse to ward off infections. I appreciate that it's Kosher and 100% pure since I'm using it for medicinal purposes. The grains are larger than the previous brand I used and I was concerned that they may not dissolve well but they do, so it's not a problem. I will continue to buy this brand in the future.

Great product :)
We used a different xylitol product in the past which is no longer available and we weren't really happy with the substitute that was sent to us. Went looking and found this one and have been very pleased with it for all the qualities listed. We use it in coffee/tea, baking of all sorts, etc and find the flavor fine with no aftertaste. Would definitely recommend it!
