This has been my signature scent from its release. Absolutely love it.

I ordered this two days ago because it's way cheaper than Sephora - about half the price. But I was really hesitant reading so many people say it's a fake. So, I opened it immediately to test it out, and it smells the same as what I've always used. The cellophane wrapping was tight and pristine, the packaging matched the brand, the bottle was smooth, high quality glass, the barcode was present, authentic and in the right spot, and the serial number inscribed on the bottle and the box matched. Those are all the signs of an authentic perfume. So I went a step further and checked the serial number on checkfresh.com and learned that the manufacturing date on this was November 2019 - which was 2 years and 6 months ago. Perfume has a shelf life of about 5 years, so this perfume is by no means expired, but it's used up half it's shelf life already (which is likely why it's half price). For me, it's no big deal because this is my daily fragrance and has been for many years. I use a bottle up in about 6-9 months, so I'll be able to use this up well before the expiration date. But for someone who buys perfume expecting it to have a life span of 5 years, it would be important for you to know you're not going to get that out of a perfume you buy here. I'm writing this review because I was almost turned off by the claims that this product was fake, and I wanted to authenticate the product, but also offer an explanation as to why it's cheaper for those who might be hesitant to buy.

Not as I expect but not bad either, better to try than not. Fragrance last for few hours

I rarely write reviews but this fragrance is worth it. This scent has a lot of dimension to it. It’s also worth noting, that this is not a fake. It is the real thing. It smells sweet and warm, but not sickly sweet. I can detect the vanilla and caramel, but it’s not an overpowering gourmand blast. It’s worth mentioning that vanilla is used in aromatherapy for calming the nerves and this scent is definitely warm, sensual, and calming at the same time. Again, this scent has a lot of dimension to it! I sampled the fragrance right after I picked it up from my local Amazon Hub locker. I sprayed it on my wrists. The next morning, I could still smell it on my wrists, even after hand washing. The smell wasn’t as strong as first application, but definitely still there. I didn’t have to have my wrists dripping wet in the fragrance either for longevity. Just three sprays. I love this! I keep holding my hand up to my nose just so I can inhale this divine fragrance. Also it doesn’t clash if you want to mix fragrances. I paired this with Sunset Glow from Bath and Body Works and it paired nicely without giving me a headache. It’s also light enough to wear before bed. This arrived quickly and with a removable leak stoppage device over the nozzle. I appreciate that! I’ll be buying another for my daughter and myself. This is definitely the kind of fragrance you finish and buy again. I’m so pleased! Worth every penny.
