Outdoor Bluetooth Speakers, 5.25" Bluetooth Weatherproof Speakers for Deck Patio Backyard, Pair (Black)

These are FANTASTIC for what I had in mind. They had to meet the following guidleines Affordable. Quality sound. Weather proof. Bluetooth. They succeeded on all of these. I decided to build a Deck, Patio and Pergola by myself, and instead of waiting til the project was done, I bought these first, the project took me 2 months, and these awesome little speakers kept me company maybe 8 hours a day for months! They did fine at 102 degrees in the sun, in the rain, and even during the hurricane. Hanging them was a breeze with the awesome INCLUDED adjustable hangers. Great quality sound, streamed right from my phone via the easy bluetooth connection made agitating my neighbors a breeze! I installed them at the top of a pergola and the sound fills my backyard area.....now if you want to have a huge annoying party these arent for you, but anytime Ive had a get together Ive had to lower the volume so people could talk....thats all i need. FYI, the audio quality GREATLY depends on the device streaming. My phone did great, my friends had maybe 50% my volume, and a buddy brought his tablet and it was maybe 50% louder than my phone....so play around a lil.

Initial setup was a breeze. Took about 5 minutes to hook cables up, and plug it in. The speakers sound great. Great Bass response no trouble hooking it into multiple bluetooth devices. Just watch your volume when you first connect, as the volume is controlled by the device that you are connecting to the speakers. They do not come with mounting screws, but that's no big deal. You might want to buy a longer store speaker wire if you have a longer patio. As weather hits this. I will update my review. Right now I'm more than satisfied with these speakers. No trouble hooking in the phones, tablets, or Amazon echos. For the cost, they sound like a million bucks. I have had two speakers for about two weeks, and they still sound great, even though they've gone through a major rain flinging thunderstorm, and a little bit of fog. They feel this deck with sound, and the neighbors get to hear good music whether they like it or not. 😀. I would compare these speakers against anything that costs twice as much per speaker. I am still amazed and how good they sound. He could just be that I came from a world, of component stereo, and the bigger the speaker, the better. :-) to say I'm impressed is an understatement.

Ive had 2 sets of these speakers in different locations on the outside of my home for 5 years now. Ive never taken them down seasonally, and one of the pairs gets hit by the sun for about 10 hours a day. Ive had no issues at all with them. Connectivity isnt a problem, i rarely crank them at full volume because the get pretty loud, and they sound great. I am actually reviewing them because i went back in my history to order a 3rd set for inside my new pole barn. These speakers are all around great, and take the punishment of the weather like a champ. Id reccomend them to anyone.

These speakers sound good for the price. They seem well made and come with a good quality speaker cable. So far as I can tell they have a corner on the market of blue tooth outdoor stereo speakers, which seems like an obvious BT application. For me, BT connection is solid within 15 feet or so, and started to get spotty beyond that. They are loud enough for me, but they don't crank up super loud. Fortunately the sound quality is still good at full volume, but a few more watts of power or more sensitive speakers would hurt. Complaints that could easily be addressed by the manufacturer. 1) Every time you turn them on, they bleep a little musical chord, which is unnecessary since the light comes on, but the real problem is that the sound is played AT FULL VOLUME. There is no adjusting it (I checked with AV Express, who have great customer service, btw). It's loud outside, and inside it's ridiculous. Second, the blue light on the front does not need to be THAT bright. So the "hello I'm on" feature needs to be tamed. 2) Might cost a few extra bucks, but why not add a 3.5 mm jack in the back? Sometimes BT is spotty, not all devices have BT, so why BT only? A decent alternative would be Lepai amp, blue tooth receiver, and outdoor speakers of your choice. Cheaper (depending on speakers), louder, 3.5 mm jack option, but the problem I ran into is protecting the electronics from the weather. That made the decision to go with these easy, and since they do sound good I'm sure I'll enjoy them.

These speakers are generously receiving 3 stars from me. They *work* well, but could have been so much better. Good: *Sound quality - surprisingly good for such low price speakers *Bluetooth connectivity - my phone picked them up no problem *Styling - They look great mounted under eaves, very slick *Adjustability - easy to adjust angle once mounted BAD: *Bluetooth range - Not nearly as far as advertised. I have iPhone 6 and am only getting about 30 feet before it starts to cut out. *Wiring Connections - All are on the BACK of the speaker and are NOT accessible with the speaker mounted in mounting bracket. WHILE ON TOP OF A LADDER YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE SPEAKER WITH ONE HAND WHILE MAKING CONNECTIONS WITH THE OTHER HAND, THEN MOVE TO THE BRACKET AND TIGHTEN... ALL WITH ONE F*IN' HAND!! TERRIBLE DESIGN. Plan on having help on another ladder. *ON OFF SWITCH ON BACK OF SPEAKER AND NOT ACCESSIBLE WHILE MOUNTED. *POWER TRANSFORMER IS HUGE, NO MOUNTING HOLES. IF YOU WANT A CLEAN INSTALL GOOD LUCK. You have to run an extension cord if you don't have power within a couple feet. I'll be running conduit up to a new switched outlet :( In summary, these are OK. My patio is enhanced by the addition of music, however these could have been so much better with some thought by whoever designed them. You may still consider purchasing these but please look closely at the other options in this price range.

I have had these speakers installed for a little over two years outside in Southern California under a covered patio. They have been admirably durable and always connect to my Bluetooth phone right after I turn them on. The sound has a good punch with bass and you can turn it up to make it quite loud. I wish the Bluetooth range would be better because it loses connection to my cell phone approx 30 feet away. Overall I am happy with these speakers and would recommend them, especially at this price.

They are easy to install and sound great. I have had Sound Appeals rock speakers for 3 years and they still work great - no issues at all. They have been in the elements in IN winters etc and still working great! The range on the rock speakers is not very long, but it does the job. These speakers have a much much greater distance without having to have LOS. It's also awesome that the newer devices (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9) support dual bluetooth audio, so with the awesome range of these speakers, I can have my device closer to the rock speakers and connected to both. I also bought the Sound Appeal rock speakers for my father in law a couple years ago and would by their products before any others. I would buy their stuff again as there aren't many companies offering outdoor bluetooth speakers, especially at this quality.

I bought this set to replace the same item from 5 years ago and paid half the price! The Bluetooth receiver speaker had a vibration sound so the seller shipped another one and I shipped back the defective speaker and all is good now.
