Rimmel lash primer; first time I've bought lash primer, it's arrived unsealed, primer seems dry & yellowish, doesn't smell very nice. Is this normal?

Hi no that isn’t normal. I bought this once too and it was open and dry and unusable. I would not buy from here again. Try Superdrug or Boots or savers. Hope this helps.

Does it Protect your natural eyelash from mascara

This product in my opinion helps to keep mascara on longer. It doesn't say it protects lashes but it gives a good coating before applying mascara.
