Hi customer services... is this vest bullet-proof & stab-proof too ? suitable for a police officer to wear ?

In short NO, i have stabbed a knife through it so it will not stop a bullet. It will only give some protection against a knife slash at best or a stomach punch that is all. You have to remember this is paper protection, it might look good only. Would i trust one NO, bye the real thing to be safe I did.

There is one size only. This comes from China they are smaller and thinner than most people. If its wrong it is to expensive to return to China.I have been there, done that, and learnt the hard way.

Can you put bullet proof plates on?

Yes if you wanted to but it will be very very heavy and bulky. I would not do it.
