Strongly Recommend!!
Awesome book, shows introduction/beginner steps like tapers and ranks projects according to difficulty. I would strongly recommend to any beginner and honestly anyone that has an interest in metal work. Produced greatly with pictures and step by step instructions. The only con is, they haven't came out with a 2nd edition that I'm aware of. Strongly recommend to anyone.

Excellent book for the experienced and the not so experienced. Something for everybody. Plus tips on beginning a blacksmith shop including needed tools.

Love the photos!
This book is very detailed, great for children with interest. My son wants to grow up to be a blacksmith so we purchased this as a present. He is going to be elated. Great quality binding. Overall good purchase.

Blacksmithing Book Having Both Procedural Guidance and Build Examples
I'm teaching myself blacksmithing. This book includes good practical information on tools and processes, but does not go into as much procedural depth as I wanted. Much of the book consists of pictorial examples of particular builds. Which are beautiful and interesting, but less practically helpful. Not the first reference book I open at this point, but I do check it as well. For me a good 2nd book.

Very well done and useful basic blacksmithing book
I have taken some basic blacksmithing classes, so I have some understanding of how it works. This book is wonderfully done with pictures, explanations, and classy useful projects. I am looking forward to taking more classes and working on the projects.
