My new MacBook Air has USB-C ports only, so I recently upgraded to this USB-C memory card reader, and it has completely solved all of my data transfer needs. Moving files, movies and pictures, I needed something fast and reliability, and this little device delivers on both fronts. It's small design is small enough to use with the two USB-C ports next to each other without blocking the other port on the MacBook Air. It is very easy to use, just plug and play. Works well. compact sizeI have been using this Anker SD card reader to pull photos and video off SD cards, and it has worked exactly as expected. Plugged it into a USB-C laptop and phone and it was immediately recognized without any setup. The size is a big plus. It is small enough to live in a camera bag or laptop sleeve without getting in the way, but it still feels solid and well built. Card insertion is firm and secure, not loose. Transfer speeds have been consistent for my use, and I have not had any disconnects or read errors so far. If you need a simple, compact SD card reader that just works, this one does the job.

Very happy with this reader. The size is great, fast, works well and fits well with iPhone 17 - with a case. Works well with Mac and Windows computers. I like that there isn’t a short cord dangle. Feels well built and easy to travel with and pack. On sale, couldn’t be happier with this product.

It works fine on my phone and makes it easier to transfer files to SD cards. Also great for it's size and price.

Using this for two things: managing memory storage and timelapse captures on my Bambu P2S 3D printer, and transferring photos and videos from my GoPro Hero 3 to my computer. Works great out of the box. I recently upgraded my laptop that had a built in card reader to one that didn't have one. This product was a good replacement.
