I tried several vitamins and had a hard time finding one that had the right kind of the right nutrients without it having 20,000% of the daily recommended amount of B vitamins. I found out the hard way that you absolutely can get toxic amounts of B vitamins regardless of them being water soluble and the symptoms are very similar to the symptoms of a deficiency. I'm a woman but take this men's version because I don't want the Iron that's in the woman's version. I've been taking this for a few months and my vitamin levels are all great in my blood work. My B1 B12 were deficient before and now are very good. The capsules are a full 1" long x 3/8" wide (or 2.5cm x almost 1cm), but you just take 1. A tip for people who don't have a great diet- I tested my vitamin levels because I had weak achy leg muscles. I realized I'd stopped taking CoQ10 around the time it started because I hadn't been on a statin Rx in months. I researched it and CoQ10 moves energy into your muscle's cells (as well as being very important for heart rythym and cholesterol). My cholesterol and triglycerides had gone way up after stopping the CoQ10 too and I'd already been off the statin for a long time then. The Dr said she always prescribes CoQ10 for high cholesterol because it helps filter it out of the blood, and EPA fish oil. My legs felt drastically better the day after starting 300mg. I have recently gone down to 100mg/day and it's working just as well.

This will help me in my everyday life , I have taken this before and it has always been good for me. It really doesn’t have a taste to it and the pill size isn’t too hard to swallow. I just take it with a mouthful of water and it goes right down so easily. The price was quite affordable compared to other online stores. It’s an all vegetable vitamin and it’s not harsh to my stomach. I take one every day and it always gives me energy. I think that it is a very effective product and I would recommend it to anyone over 40 years of age.

if you're sensitive to zinc, be careful, the zinc to copper ratio can upset your stomach. besides that, pretty alright daily.

This doesn't have any weird taste like some other whole food multivitamins do like naturelo one daily or vitamin code raw one. I can easily sprinkle it onto food and eat it together and it doesn't alter the taste of the food at all. I love it.
