Maybe this is a good supplement, but I did not take it long enough for any noticeable difference. A daily dosage is easy to swallow.

i wanted to share my story first so yall can know where i’m coming from. I suffered from EXTREME tiredness, brain fog, difficulty concentrating and extreme fatigue to the point that I ended up in the ER. they ran blood working thinking that it was my thyroid but it wasn’t and everything came back normal. that’s when i started to do research and found this supplement. it has literally changed my life. I no longer feel tired ALL THE TIME and I can actually get things done and concentrate. Also my brain fog has disappeared. I don’t know how or why this supplement works but does. you should give it a try, it might just work for you to.

I am very skeptical about supplements and miracle pills. My sister is a chiropractor, and she had me taking about 2 dozen supplements a day. My doctor told me to stop all but the B-12. I was diagnosed with ADD when I was in 7th grade. They gave me riddilin (sp). It made me feel like a zombie, and they took me off of it during the weekends, or when I didn't have school. I would get extremely violent when I was not on it. That's why they took me off. I have been taking this for about 4 days. My memory is a lot more clear, and I can focus on stuff a lot better. Even going little things around the house seems a lot easier. It also seems like I am able to do things more efficiently. I was a mechanic for about 7 years, and have been told by people that it is funny to watch me work. I constantly loose tools. It's to the point where it is pathetic, and I can't make any money. At times it takes me twice as long to do a job than it pays. Frustrating because I always forget where I left something. I did some light automotive work this afternoon, and only misplaced a tool once, and easily found it! My dreams seem =easier to remember, but that kind of started before I took the pills, and even if it was a side effect, it is not an issue. Hopefully the pills will continue to work, and even work better. The only con is the price. Then again a little over a dollar a day isn't the worst in the world. No, I am not paid to write this, nor am I accepting any sort of perk for it. For me it works. As always, check with your DR first before taking anything. If there is a change in the way these pills act, I will update my review.
