OBDeleven Professional diagnostic scan tool, OBD2 code reader, Gadget Supports only Android devices

Really good kit and it's very useful to have at hand when some lights appear in the dashboard. Using it, you know what action needs to be taken without going to a garage and being quoted hundreds for a job that requires some minor or inexpensive parts. One ABS sensor was faulty and I had to pay 42 for the OBD and 30 for the sensor, instead of 200, how much I would have paid at a garage. I bought the basic one, I didn't need the PRO version, but still, I can have the logs sent by email, the User Interface is friendly and errors can be erased/ cleared with a touch of a button.

This is a simple and effective device, all the intelligence is in the software app. A Small shrink wrapped box in an enevelope arrived within a reasonable postage timescale Opened the box to reveal the OBD Eleven device and that was pretty much it. Plugged in placed the bluetooth on my Samung s7 Edge and it connected within 30 seconds. Ran a few diagnostic tests .. all ok for the car. then made the customary change for my Audi for needle sweep and fold mirrors on lock. Spent a few weeks playing with the other settings. NB you need credits to use the features, you can either buy them or watch adverts and get 6 free a day. most setting changes require 10 for on (and 10 for off) however there are some that 100.. Download the software and start building your free credits while you wait for your device to be delivered. Simples

Very easy to use provided you download the Android App. The stock customisable options work and the credits you have to buy to use them are cheap (I think about £2.50 for 10 credits). I bought it to change the annoying Lane Guidance on a Seat Leon 2021 "always on" to "off". Worked a treat. I haven't used the free programming feature as yet so can't comment on that.

Great little device. The std version (£42.0 approx) only allows modification via apps for your vehicle, these depend on your car and what is fitted. This costs credits which you can purchase, however you get up to 6 credits per day (1 bonus and 5 for listening to adverts) for free by listening to adverts by signing in to the obdeleven app on your phone, this is free. (Purchasing 10 credits costs about £1.50 approx. I have collected about 300 free credits to date. The pro version (costs an additional £22.0 approx ) This allows you to do long coding adjustments to your car, (disable/enable headlight washers etc and much more. It allows you to do most if not everything VCDS can do at a fraction of the cost. I have enabled refuel quantity via an app and coded easy access via long coding I would recommend this device although you need to be very careful if long coding on your car as can screw up your vehicle if coded incorrectly.

I bought this product for a specific application, which it performed without fuss. It is certainly functional. HOWEVER... I was aware that certain functions required credits that needed to be paid for on top of the cost of the hardware. At the time i did my research, the publicity materials said that i could also gain a smll amount of free credits by logging in to the app... I got my free credits, BUT they aren't usable because the manufacturer has moved the goalpost - these free credits are no longer offered or honoured - they show up in orange on the app that you need to use with the hardware, but aren't redeemable. However goos this product is - and, it is very good, the unexpected extra cost of having to buy credits before i could use my £50 purchase was, er, annoying, disappointing, frustrating - and possibly even fraudulent (bearing in mind i was promised credit, and therefore implied usability). IF i could have redeemed the promised credit - or even if the advertising said that i would need to buy credits or a subscription to use the item, i would be pretty happy with my purchase. As it stands, i did what i wanted this product for....and i feel cheated by the manufacturer. Should they decide to be a little more honest about how the credit system works, then i will gladly retract this review - but if that doesn't happen, expect to pay a lot more than you expected for this product. Additional - After a couple of weeks i tried to do something else (than i had done before) - Now almost every app says that it is not supported - even stuff i have used before - meanig things that i have already changed can't be changed back. Tried moble app re-install, cache clear, every option i can think of (even opening the bonnet on the car, as suggested on the obd eleven site) - anfd nothing has worked. I previously gave this item one star......i feel it doesn't even deserve that now. Absolute junk, don't buy!!!!!!!

I bought this as I have just bought a Golf R (2019). I wanted to be able to turn things on and a few things off which unless you want to mess with long coding, this makes life simple. I recently fitted a dash cam but made a school boy error. I turned on the ignition to test the power to the camera but had not plugged back in the air bag switch. Of course, the car lit up like a Xmas tree and the air bag codes would not clear. I then wondered if this would help me. Most OBD code readers will not clear air bag warning lights and codes. This one does though and saved me from a trip to the dealers to sort and no doubt a mad bill for doing it. In short, I have had the car for a week, broken it in a week and fixed with this in a week! Best £40 I have spent for some considerable time. If you have a VW, this thing is a must on the purchase list. 👍

Audi dealer wanted £70 to change the brake fluid in my wife's 2019 A1 during the 2nd service (at 6500 miles). I told them that I can do the work myself without realising that the dealer would refuse to reset the inspection warning without proof that it had been done. I've now changed the brake fluid & reset the inspection warning with the OBDeleven. I also found 11 fault codes that the dealer had failed to correct & clear; this excellent little tool fixed all these too. Cost to me? £15 for brake fluid + £43 for the OBDeleven = £58. It's also saved me at least an hour (90+ mins round trip to the dealer - 30 mins to change the fluid). The OBDeleven will work on many other cars (I'll be using it on our 2 others + 4 owned by our sons & their partners). What a bargain!

After doing some work with the steering wheel airbag disconnected on my wifes '05 Beetle the airbag light would remain on (because I'd connected the battery again with the airbag unplugged to test something). Standard ODB tools can't clear those warnings but this was able to and it only needed the dongle and the free app, not the daft subscription. Because it's 2023 and everything apparently needs to be a subscription now. I also have a '17 Superb so for me £50 to be able to do more than just clearing standard codes was worth it on both cars.

Cet appareil fonctionne pour toutes les marques du groupe Volkswagen: Audi, Skoda, Seat, Lamborghini, Bentley et cetera. Le service client est très réactif, j'ai eu un petit souci, apparemment ce produit avait déjà été vendu puis repris par Amazon, le 1er client avait donc déjà enregistré un véhicule une adresse mail et un mot de passe. N'ayant pas le mot de passe je n'ai pas pu réinitialiser son mot de passe car l'adresse mail de récupération était celle du premier client. J'ai contacté le service client en Lithuanie via leur page de contact sur leur site web en ayant toutefois peu d'espoir mais j'ai été vraiment étonné, ils m'ont répondu en français en moins de 24 heures. Avec toutes les excuses ils m'ont donné un lien pour réinitialiser mon mot de passe + un bon nombre de crédits en compensation. Je les ai trouvé vraiment très efficaces. Surtout pour un service client par mail, et à l'étranger. Le service client de cette entreprise surpasse de loin beaucoup de services client téléphonique français.

El aparato está realmente bien, te hace un escaneo del sistema en busca de errores y si los hay te dice a qué se deben pudiendo resetearlos al igual que para poner a cero los intervalos de servicio. También te permite introducir la codificación necesaria en caso de por ejemplo sustituir la batería AGM y evitar errores de gestión de carga o para desbloquear el freno trasero electrico cuando quieres sustituir las pastillas. Luego aparte tiene configuraciones preestablecidas para modificaciones y adaptaciones diversas que de otra manera tendrías que acudir al servicio oficial. Ojo! es necesario obtener la licencia PRO para ejecutar cualquier modificación. Cómo única pega pondría que depende de que operación te pide una cierta cantidad de créditos (10 por lo general) que o los compras o puedes conseguir hasta 6 diarios previo trago de un rato de publicidad.
