recurve shooting: after 3,000 shots still holding up fairly well
I've been shooting this target around 50 shots daily for a couple months now with a #44 and #55 pound bows with field-tip arrowheads. So if added up I'd say I've shot this thing roughly 3,000 times so far. It's showing wear and the arrows are starting to come out the other side in places that I've shot more than others (mainly the center of the target). PULLING ARROWS OUT: When you hit closer to the edges it's a little harder but not bad at all. I've shot other targets that have more of a canvas cover and they seems to get stuck a bit at the head of the arrow, which to me seems a bit annoying. This one does not do that at all, they pull out very smoothly. If you hit the very top or bottom of the target you might hit the wood frame, even if you do this, it is still not hard to get the arrows out, and I've yet to damage any arrows hitting this and would be surprised at this point if they ever would get damaged. THE BACK/ BLANK SIDE: I thought at first the back side being blank was that they were just being cheap. Although now I love the fact that there's nothing on the back side. I make small marks with chalk and shoot at them instead of the bigger circles on the front. I shoot "instinctively" with no sites and they say "aim small group small" so this blank side works out great for that! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND: I am guessing that I will get another 3,000 shots out of it before the arrows are flying right through it (6,000 total or so). So for the price and the amount of shots, ease of pulling the arrows out how light it is I would definitely recommend this at least for traditional bows.

Arrows and bolts removed pretty easy.
Very good product. Have bought several over the years. Much cheaper and last longer than the 3D targets. Nice to have 3D but really don't need them for all of your practice. Adequately stops arrows and bolts. Will use an old one in back of a newer one when broadheads are used.

Very well made and functions perfectly
Excellent crossbow target. Sighted in my Ballista Bat reverse crossbow at 20 meters with with zero issues. This will stop even those bolts.

Good buy and good tip!!
Good low cost archery target for the average archer at a good price. The beginner may be better served buying the 36 inch model unless they buy a few hay or straw bales to go around this target to prevent consequences of a backyard miss. If you just re-paint several different color spots on both sides and shoot different areas consistently this target should last for years. TIP: For easy arrow removal of field points, take a small soda bottle and place a couple of drops of dish soap, fill the rest with water. Dip the arrow tip before the shot and the soap acts to lubricate the arrow shaft for easy removal. Will not work for broadhead or mechanicals.

Block Target
Good Target. You have to aim for all the dots or you will wear out the center too fast.

Works Great So Far
I have had it a week. Shooting my crossbow into it and a buddy has used it for his bow. Stops my Barnett Ghost 350 with field point or broadheads. At 20 yards it does go through about 2-4 inches but it does stop it without tearing the block up. Once I get the Arrow to break free it slides out easily. 23Jan2013 After reading a bad review on here I thought I would update my review. The guy must not have read my short review as he was upset that the crossbow bolt went through the target. if you check out the picture I posted with the product you will see the bolt from a Barnett Ghost 350 will bury to the quills with the broadhead sticking out the other side. This target works by by the bolt/arrow causing friction which heats up the plastic in the target which gets sticky and slows the bolt/arrow. Once the plastic cools off it is easier to get the bolt/arrow out. I have to twist or push the bolt/arrow to get it broken free. If the target has cooled off the arrow will then slide out easily. I usually shoot three, walk down and start removing the first as it has cooled down by then. Taking the broadhead off does make it easier to remove the bolt/arrow. I have pulled the quills through without damaging them but I can see how they could be damaged doing this. Try avoid hitting the edges of the target as it will cut the band which hold the layers together. There is also plywood on some of the sides. The target has held up great to my crossbow and my buddies bow.

Not as expected!
Yes, arrow removal is easy but it comes at a price. Bullseye wears out quickly if you are using a broadhead. I’m using Swhacker blade lock technology in my crossbow and bolts penetrate past the vanes with just a few shots. It will be in the trash before I get my bows sighted in.

Perfect
Great target nice tight wrap to hold layers together surprisingly light weight for the size but not to light t enough to knock it over,Came well packaged nothing to dislike. 10/10 Only thing is the pic on Amazon shows a black wrap but it’s actually red not that effects it in anyway just pointing it out.

Works well
Much better than using a tree or fence to practice on... can retrieve arrows much easier. I drilled small holes either side of and through the handle. Used screwdriver to drive two course thread screws in as extra strength for handle. We have two of these now...friend also bought one, he's happy with it.

Great product, works as advertised
Great product, works as advertised. Stops arrows a few inches from the fletching entering the target. A little harder to remove field points than I expected, but once I got used to the weight of the pull to remove them, arrows came out smoothly.

Resistente
Muy resistente y duradero Solo ten cuidado de no tallar el plástico rojo que mantiene unido las capas donde disparas
