Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Palette

This contour palette is so great- I have very pale/ blotchy skin so i only really use the three lightest shades at the top for highlighting eyelids, under eyes, and bridge of nose. For contouring my nose, neck, and cheekbones, I really only use the lightest brown on the far left of the palette. The middle brown shade is good to mix with your blush for a warmer tone. The darkest shade on the far right is only really good for a dark eyeshadow shade or even lightly applied on the arch of my brows. I would recommend this for skin tones that are a little bit darker than just pale/fair. Very good quality; I contour at like 6 am and it stays on all day long if I'm not sweating or rubbing my face too much. Love this kit-- Kat Von D is a great brand.

Based on the reviews, I was a little apprehensive about buying this online in fears that my palette would arrived cracked. However my seller did a tremendous job at wrapping it and it made it here perfectly safe!! The biggest buying factors for this product instead of its rival Anastasia (another amazing brand) is that it has much more product for the same price and it can be used on multiple skin tones... I am very pale in the winter but get very tan in the summer, so this kit was the perfect investment for me. The palette itself is beautiful and the pigment is amazing. Definitely worth the investment no matter your contouring experience level.

Product is great, however, EVERY single time I order from here, it arrives smashed and broken. Better to order or pick up in person.

Came a week earlier than expected! Shipping was super fast! However last contour shade was slightly broken! Not too much. As for the formula.. It is extremely pigmented, goes on smoothly &blends effortlessly. Gives off a natural look that is not cakey at all! Can be used by beginners and people with more experience as well! I own the Anastasia cream contour kit as well, and both are amazing, however the shade + light palette is more forgiving (for begginers) while the Anastasia cream kit is more for people with experience. Overall a great palette! as for the cracked contour shade that has more to do with ups/fed ex.

I'm new to contouring and I got the Anastasia Beverly Hills Cream Contour Palette for Christmas, but I wanted a powder contour palette as well so I read many reviews on both the Kat Von D Shade + Light Palette and Anastasia Beverly Hills Palette and I decided to go with this one. This palette is THE BEST! So pigmented and blends so well. I'm fair skinned so I use the darkest shade for eyeshadow! It works wonderfully. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Epitome of perfection. Highly pigmented as well. I had put the usual amount of bronzer as would need if I were using a Two-Faced bronzer and realized on the first swoop it was many times over too much. Even the highlighters are amazing. Used them so set/bake my foundation and concealer, lasted all night and even survived my pillow through 'till morning.

As someone who is constantly buying higher end makeup I love this product. It is super great for setting under eye concealer, the light yellow shade on top really helps counteract dark circles, and the darker contour shades on the bottom work great. There is a cool tone, neutral tone, and warm tone for each of the darker and lighter shades. My only drawback is that I love this product so much I've torn through it in under two months!!

Blends out really well so you can get a natural look, the colours are quite dark though and a little too warm toned on my skin, would prefer more of the bottom left shade type tones.

Just got this today, it arrived like that just how it is in my pictures. I paid £60 for it to be brand new not for it to be delivered broken like this. It's an absolute joke, if it's something expensive atleast deliver it with care or package it up a bit more securely. Think a refund is in order, won't be ordering this again for the price of it.
