Great hydration. It does have a nutty smell. My husband is not a fan of it before sex but I do like it for every day use.

They are easy to insert and not messy. Even when you get up in the morning, it's still not messy. They smell like cocoa butter (chocolate-ish), as that is the main ingredient. There is no honey, and they don't smell like honey. You need to lay down right after you put it in, or it may slide or fall out. The all natural ingredients and the fact that they don't have hormones were the main draws for me. I ordered them in January - there was no risk of melting in transit. So far, so good... I'll discuss when I know more. But give them a try. Update: these work well to relieve temporary dryness. They treat the symptoms but do not cure the root cause, so keep that in mind. I will be reviewing other Bezwecken products in the near future. I’m now confident that this is an excellent brand and will be trying the other items when they arrive.

Adds moisture where you need it after 50. Recommended by my gynecologist due to the price. So glad I listened to her. If you live in a warmer climate, I recommend that the product be placed in a cool place upon delivery if you can’t get to it quickly or order multiples during cooler months to avoid melting.

Mine came with an ice pack in the box. They were not melted. I live in southwest Florida and received them at the end of May, already hot here. Doctor recommended that the suppository be in for at least one hour before having sex. They smell like chocolate because they are made with cocoa butter. Wouldn’t one think that if he went down south after a suppository had melted inside her vag that is would taste weird? Just sayin’, not the best idea.

This item works well for me. It keeps me from drying out and getting UTI.

This product has been a Godsend since my hysterectomy almost a year ago. It’s great for sensitive “bits and pieces”, smells like cocoa butter, doesn’t drip and make ya feel gross….insert it and forget it. Dryness is 80% better w just your first use…I do every 3 days or so and it’s ANAZING. You can even cut in half if you just want to maintain…

Worked ok but received in summer therefore they were melted. Wouldn't have mattered because you put in fridge and all is well but in this case 5 of them ran all over the place, so refrigerator didn't help. Those were lost so won't be purchasing again unless it's winter.

Melted very fast, so you need to be ready almost instantly. Works extremely well except for the scent that filled the room immediately and made it hard to enjoy. Had to shorten the sex to get the smell off in the shower. Both of us were not pleased with the products smell.
