TEC582 CERAMIC DETAIL SPRAY (1 Gallon)

This is an amazing product with uses beyond automotive detailing. It worked so well on the car that I had to try it on some major glass in the house. It is suitable because it provides a clean, streak-free finish without fogging or leaving a hazy film on interior or exterior windows. If any, It has a pleasant smell They say that it adds slickness, gloss, and short‑term ceramic protection: hydrophobic protection as well. Most impressive was its application to a 5 x 6 foot plate glass picture window that would show every smear or stain when the sunlight hit it. Treated with TEC582 inside and out, it is flawless. Invisible. Application was easy. Of course, the glass was prepped by scrubbing with dish-detergent solution on a microfiber pad then rinsed with mineral-free water. A felt pad on a squeegee, barely wet with the TEC582, was used to thoroughly apply. Very little of the TEC582 was used, but it covered well. It dried, was polished by hand with a microfiber cloth, finish polished with lint-free cotton. Viewing in direct sunlight, any missed places could be seen and easily polished out. The glass surface feels slick and more dirt resistant. The result is dramatically better than any glass cleaning method tried before. It is a ceramic-based treatment and durability should be long-lasting. There is no reason not to also try it on glass shower doors, mirrors, maybe even on hard-surface tile and plastics. TEC 582 has become one of my go-to quick ceramic sprays. The application is extremely easy—spray, wipe, flip the towel, and it levels out with almost zero effort. No streaking issues as long as the surface isn’t overly hot. Performance: The gloss it leaves behind is impressive, giving the paint a freshly detailed, “just waxed” look in minutes. The slickness is immediately noticeable—water beads and sheets off like a much more expensive coating. It also works great as a drying aid without gumming up towels. Versatility: Safe on paint, glass, trim, wheels—pretty much the whole exterior. It adds a nice boost to existing coatings or sealants and works just fine on its own for maintenance protection. Durability: For a spray-on product, the longevity is solid. You can expect several weeks to a couple months depending on weather and wash habits. Value: For the results you get—shine, slickness, hydrophobic behavior—it’s hard to beat at this price point. Overall: Easy to use, great gloss, and strong hydrophobics. One of the best ceramic detail sprays for both professionals and DIY detailers.

I honestly didn’t expect to be this impressed, but TEC582 Ceramic Detail completely blew me away. I used it on my Genesis GV80 and the finish it left was insane—deep gloss, super slick, and that “just detailed” look that really makes the paint pop. It almost looked like I had a fresh ceramic coating done. What stood out the most was how easy it was to use. Spray on, wipe off, no streaking, no fuss. It instantly boosted the shine and left a smooth, hydrophobic surface that beads water like crazy. I’ve used Meguiar’s Hybrid Ceramic Detailer before, and while it’s a solid product, TEC582 just outperforms it in terms of gloss and slickness. The finish feels richer and looks noticeably deeper. That said, Meguiar’s still holds its own as a great in store option. Bottom line: if you want something that makes your car look like it just rolled out of a professional detail shop, TEC582 is absolutely worth it. My GV80 has never looked better.

I have used this product for a couple years. A repeat buyer. It is easy to use: spray on and wipe with a microfiber cloth. The depth of color this reveals is fantastic. It will remove light water spots and somehow diminishes those light swirls. Leaves glass spot free and shining like a mirror. You don’t have to work this product to get beautiful results either. Just spray and wipe. I have read reviews that it is a dust magnet. I just haven’t had that experience. My car is parked outdoors at the office where there is a lot of construction work, road work, and grading. I just haven’t had my car attracting dust because of this product. Other negative reviews is the application doesn’t last long enough. What’s “long enough”? A year? A week? What is the expectation? Everyone is different so for me, it lasts and protects my car between regular washes. It’s perfect for DIYs and won’t break the bank. Attached is a picture of my 2022 Model S. Dependable and brilliant results every single time. 3 guys at work finally asked me what I use on my car to get that brilliant shine and now they too are buyers. We all work hard for our money and want products that will perform as advertised. No one likes to feel like they wasted money. That’s why these reviews are important. My car is 3 years old and has some very light swirls and one weird blemish that is easy to see with the naked eye. After using this, those imperfections disappear. The glass is super clean without making you crazy. No more greasy smeary glass. Just sparkling clean and clear. I’m fussy about glass and this product performs every single time. Dependable and easy. This stuff is excellent for detailing painted vehicle surfaces! Very easy application with a micro cloth. Usually no buffing needed. Super good price and delivery. High degree of ceramic and brilliant shine! I usually get about three months of shine from this detail spray, which is terrific.

After reading all the great reviews on this product I thought it would be great. Well, it shipped fast and I was eager to test it out on my wife's black van that I have a hard time keeping clean. So that night I applied to a clean van. I first liked the odor (banana) and did a 1:1 mix for a spray bottle. Goes on great and it is easy to wipe with microfiber cloth. I think you could almost leave without wiping. The results were ok, does leave it slippery but no more than the wax I usually use. Does leave some swirl marks but easy to wipe. I used on windows as well with ok results. I will hope that it lasts quite a while in our AZ summer heat. I also want to try on the glass shower doors. I will apply more at a later date full strength and hope for even better results.

TEC582 CERAMIC DETAIL SPRAY is an absolute steal of a price in the 1 gallon! I can't say enough about this product. I'm a professional boat detailer in Pittsburgh PA and use this on almost every boat and practically every time I step foot on my boat. If you can keep up on it whether it be your boat, car, RV or whatever you will find that this will be the only thing needed to keep your ride clean. Of course you will need to do a lite wash from time to time but this will keep it from getting to the point of having to do a deep cleaning. Spray one or two shots per small section and buff on with a nice fluffy microfiber then take a fresh microfiber and wipe it over again and buff that shine out. Very hydrophobic finish and will give any dark color a nice depth look along with a mirror effect. Hopefully you understand that if your surface is hazy or oxidized you will need to do some polishing or buffing depending on how much it was neglected before this product will be any use to you. Meaning the surface must be prepared first to get any mirror like finish. But using TECH582 as your last step will protect gel coat or clear coat for as long or longer than any other product on this market. Smells decent too in my opinion.

Good ceramic detail spray and good for a multitude of uses, like stainless refrigerators and finger prints, counter tops and shower glass doors. It helps keep the ceramic coating on cars working and cleans pretty well. I use it all the time to clean interior wood and metal and even on windows. Good product been using it for years. This happens to be one of my core detail products that I use to maintain ceramic coated cars. Water does bead from this, does not have a smell, looks Yellow but has no color on application and makes cleaning and maintaining cars much easier.

This polish is expensive but worth every penny. Using very little diluted (about 10/1 water/polish) in a spay gun which you wipe off almost immediately with a micro fibre cloth you get great results. The paintwork on the car builds a water repellent coating straight away. After a number of washes this coating builds offering protection and shine. Expensive but worth the outlay. Remember less is more when applying this product.
