I love this brand! The chocolate chip mix is delicious and so fluffy. I have loved making waffles with it, and it’s the best taste compared to other mixes. It for sure holds me over for the morning, and is a good start to the day. Would buy this again in a heartbeat!

Not good as traditional flavored mix
Makes crumbly waffles. They fell apart getting them out of the maker, and were equally hard to eat when on the plate. Might be the blueberry version because the regular mix performs much better.

Kodiak Power Cakes Mix
I used this mix to make a Weight Watcher’s Kodiak Chocolate (with chocolate chips) Cupcake recipe. I made two batches of twelve but there wasn’t enough for another. There’s not much mix in this box is what I’m saying. The muffins were great though so I will be ordering more

Healthy pancakes?
My SO has Type 2 Diabetes so watching CHO intake is a difficulty for her since like most people, she loves them and they are addictive. However, this pancake mix is high in protein, lower in CHO and she actually loves these. I've even made protein cookies out of this mix adding additional protein powder varieties. With real maple syrup and real butter, these pancakes are wonderful!

No di cuenta que es la caja chica. Tomé como referencia las cajas de Costco que son de 2kg y por el precio coincidía. Que mal, una cajita por el precio tan alto. Pongan atención por este precio se compran la de 2kg. No se puede regresar por las políticas de devolución en alimentos.
