I like this brand better than the other brand. The quality is good, the texture is good, it tastes just fine. I made pignoli cookies with it and they were wonderful.

Works well in recipes that call for almond paste. Has a slightly sweet flavor. This is a substitute for using almond flour.

This is perfect almond paste for so many great desserts. The flourless almond cookies were awesome. I guess the cookies would be great for those who have to be gluten free. I’ll be buying more and more !!!
