Good customer service. My first one was defective and the replacement they sent works well.
I got this earpiece for acting, and the first one they send was very hard to use because of the intense feedback screech. However they contacted me right away to send a replacement and the one they sent works perfectly fine. I am actually quite happy with the results when compared to the expensive (thousand of dollar) alternatives.

Works great, one star reviewers are not tech literate or possibly received a dud. A good comparison to sound quality is like a phone speaker in your ear.

Funktioniert nur bedingt.
Leider ist das System sehr anfällig für Störungen. Teilweise war der Empfang so schlecht, das man kein einziges Wort mehr verstanden hat. Gerade in einer Prüfung, unter Zeitdruck, muss man sich auf die Technik verlassen können. Dies ist leider nicht der Fall.
