Worked flawlessly
I bought a renewed version and it was packed fine, taped to some paperboard and wrapped in a bubble wrap envelope. I installed it in my older computer, replacing an i5-2500k processor. It has given me a slight bump in performance like I expected it would. No complaints. I'm sure if I had bought this back in 2012 when it was launched, it would be much more impressive, lol.

Very bad quality control.
Product came with edge of processor bent. This is unacceptable and there should be better quality control for products of this nature. It is also being made difficult to get a refund.
