Great video for seniors
Great video hard to find good seated exercise videos for seniors.

Great workout,easy movements,fun to do alone or with a group
We use this video twice week at my senior apartment building. It is a great cardio,strength and flexibility wor out with an up beat instructor and all from your chair. Would be great for any age recuperating from an injury or having limited mobility or balance issues. We started it six months ago and it really makes a difference. Brings the gym to us.

EXCELLENT EXERCISE ROUTINE
I'd give you ten stars if I could! I felt a difference the same day. I'm 72 and I'm recuperating from an issue with sciatica over the past 8 months. Physical therapy AND chiropractic have helped (but it's been 8 (EIGHT) months with leg issues remaining). After doing the SIMPLY SEATED ENERGIZER SERIES I felt more confidence walking than I have in months (8 months of walking on "eggs" for fear of sciatic pain). Even though I could not keep up with the entire routine I found the exercises easy to follow. Throughout the session Curtis Adams continues to encourage the participant even to the point of saying "it's ok if you can't do it completely" ... the idea is to just keep moving. I recommend this dvd to anyone who needs seated exercise. Thank you Curtis Adams! WOO HOO!!!

Great workout
very good workout and great instructor but very fast paced for a beginner. Was encouraged by the 2 senior women in the background. Will just go at my pace until I get better. That is why I gave it a 4

Very Doable and Enjoyable
This DVD is wonderful! I was trying to figure out from looking online exercises for core and strength training and was getting confused and very discouraged. This DVD has it all in one package. I appreciate that it is easy to follow and covers endurance, core and strengthening exercises all done from a chair. It is challenging, but doable and the 30 minutes goes by in what seems like no time. I like that he is encouraging, but also tells you if you need to stop a minute, itโs ok. He reminds a person to breathe. I need and appreciate that. I appreciate that it isnโt complicated like so many others with lots of varied movements that you have to try and remember or keep up with. I highly recommend this DVD!

Too energetic for my 70+ seniors
My group has used this video only once so far. It has too many quick movements and too fast a pace for my followers. Many friends were very sore in following days. I, the leader of the group, recovered with my chiropractor. The chiro' discouraged these multi-movement combo' moves and encouraged more natural, everyday movements. The video is a good, quality presentation though.

This is an effective and enjoyable exercise video.
I am very happy to have found this gem of an exercise video. Curtis gives us a great workout. He has a nice encouraging manner which I enjoy. I have had a badly torn hamstring and again this year I injured the same leg. I normally am an avid aquaciser but due to my reinjury I am quite unstable and this year's icy conditions made me wary about going out to the pool. I started looking into chair exercises and found this GEM. It is helping me get back into a fitness routine in a safe and fun way.
