Is a faucet included and if so can you send a picture and if a faucet is not included do you offer one ?

This hooks up to your tap. There is a different system everpure sales that you cam purchase a faucet. The advantage to a seperate faucet is that the filters need to be replaced after 3000 gallons which doesnt take long if you are washing dishes.

Hi, I see this item "Everpure EV9282-00 H-1200 Drinking Water System". It looks like it does not come with the faucet. I have to buy the faucet ?

When I bought this it was just the filters. According to their web site, http://residential.everpure.com/Files/KnowledgeBase/ItemDownload/en/310908-h-1200-revb-ap13.pdf , a separate faucet is required. Hope this helps.

What's the inside diameter in inches of the water tubing lines that is connected to this filter, 1/4" or 3/8"?

the tubing is 1/4" outside, not inside. Tubing accomodates the press-on fittings

My PCP told me Chlorine In Water Could Be Linked to Human Cancers how much Chlorine/chloramine does this filter get out and at what water temperature?
