Worked well in a tight space for a no-leak drain!
worked great for hooking up a kitchen sink where we did not have much room between the garbage disposal and the existing drain. Could not get hard plastic fittings to align without leaking due to the short distances and lack of 'play' room. This easily installed to make a no-leak drain.

fast, easy and works well
Very high quality hose. Comparing the one I was replacing with this one and it's night and day. This one is thicker with a slightly rubber coating. It stretches and compresses nicely. Very easy to install. It had the adapter I needed already included. I'm not a plumber so I was not prepared. Took me all of like 15 mins to install.

Excellent Product
I should have purchased this flexible drain and trap before wasting money and time on a replacement metal p-trap and necessary fittings to connect to an offset sink outlet. For one thing, it is difficult to find replacement fittings that thread onto the drain. I was afraid this product was similar to the compressed flexible connectors that just snap into different shapes. This hose is good, heavy rubber, and can easily be trimmed to fit exactly as needed. The stepped end to the sink outlet simply slides over either a 1/2" or 1/4 pipe as needed, and is secured with the included hose clamp. The drain end comes with a reducer if needed for 1/4". Trim the drain end to size and the hose end itself acts as a compression fitting. Very sturdy product, excellent thorough instructions, and simple to install. My mistake not trying this first. It looked too easy, but it really is.

Easy and cost effective solution to and old nagging problem!
I've plumbed 20+ sinks my days and this, by far, was the easiest and best solution. No need to wiggle and shimmy and force plastic or metal pipes into just the right position you need. The flex tube solves all those problems. Gone are the concerns about one or more of the joints not sealing underdrain flow. The most recent sink drain was offset (off-center) by about three inches. That would have required an elbow joint or two to solve. The flex hose was perfect. Two observations: 1. The connection to the drain pipe in the wall is a little finicky. Make sure you cut off the flex tube nice and even and as it says in the instructions, in the trough of the flex tube. This way you have a nice flat large ring surface to snug up against the face of the drain pipe. I put in a bead of silicone just to make sure it seals as you'll often have some standing water in there. 2. The connection to the sink down drain pipe varies w/ size. The flex pipe has a step down. Make sure you find the right area to sinch the finger screw pipe clamp. Again, a little silicone won't hurt here. 3. A little concerned that the ribbing on the flex tube will trap too much hair/junk and clog. But worst case is I'll buy another kit and swap it out in 20 minutes. Overall this is my new go-to p-trap drain kit for sinks going forward.

Excellent design!
Installing the plumbing was the last step in our remodel and I didn’t have room for a typical p-trap. This simple design is an excellent solution! I am pretty handy but by no means a plumbing expert, and this was so easy for me to do myself. I got it done on the first try with no leaking. The instructions are clear and self-explanatory. The hose is good quality and easy to trim with scissors. I used a little plumber’s tape on the threads on my out-going drain pipe. I am so happy that I got this done in 10 minutes and did not need to have my handyman come back out to my home! And a very reasonable price point as well! Addendum: ok, so i found a slight leak at the junction at the plastic nut and the outgoing drain pipe. I bought a zinc nut at home depot (see pic) and used it in place of the black plastic one with six turns of plumber’s tape. No more leaking.

Not Nearly as Easy as They Claim
It claims "No Leaks. No Clogs. No Hassle." Watched video that also said that is was the simplest drain to install. It wasn't!. It also leaked. I had to change the adapter (1.25 to 1.5) because it didn't work and leaked (too loose and it leaked, too tight and it stripped). Also had to use plumber's tape for the threads to keep it from leaking. The part going up to the sink worked fine. Took a lot longer than they claimed and it took extra parts and know-how as well.

Flexible drain kit
I had removed our disposal under the kitchen sink and found that the drain was installed with unusual angles. This was the perfect solution to my drain problem. It can be shaped into just about any angle that you'd need. It worked so well that at home, that I have installed two of these at work!

So much easier than PVC or ABS to install
Using this under sink in bathroom for a tricky join angle. After a few months, so far, so good; no leaks. About the same price as buying the plastic components.
